Really nice alternative to the powder.These are great if you're working. Since I'm retired the powder works better for me.

I really did not like the fact that the powder just goes everywhere and is next to impossible to dissolve, and the taste is not good.

Have been taking the chews for three months now and play to continue. Taste great and look forward to both chews during the day.
