Too soon to tell. I really can't see any difference. .But I am a. 90 year old lady. Maybe nothing will help give me more energy!!

Cannot eat, they are way TOO SWEET. The product I am sure is good IF you can tolerate extreme sweetness.

everything seems easier... breathing, moving etc. Its great. Lasts a long time and you don't get the jitters like you do with caffeine.
