Taste is fine. I honestly don't feel any different. Not sure how long you have to take these to see any benefits.

It made by heartbeat erratic. It would be normal then jump up to the 140s then go back to normal. It did not matter if I was active or at rest.

Enjoy the taste but that's all. So far see no health difference. Also Too expensive. Will use supply on hand and then see if any benefits.

Too dry of a texture, had a hard time swallowing as someone with a dry mouth. Switched to powder and love it.

Seems to increase energy. My husband and I are both taking it 2X's a day. Flavor is very good. Easy to use at home or while traveling.

As I just started, I haven't seen a significant decrease in my levels, but the fact that these taste great and are easy to use, if fantastic.

I am pleased with the super beet chews. I also enjoyed the turmeric ginger chews. I am ordering more!
