These chews taste great so I don’t mind taking 2 daily. I haven’t had them long enough to determine if they are helping.

Too dry of a texture, had a hard time swallowing as someone with a dry mouth. Switched to powder and love it.

I would say, to control the sweetness a bit and these Chews will be golden! even ,my kids loved the taste )

The chews are a convenient way to get the benefit of beets. Taste better than the powder I had used before.
