Energy and great numbers at the Dr! All that with great taste and even the Hubby takes them with me!

Flavor and taste are good only on a week so I'm not sure about the energy yet I have three bags I will know more after the first bag is gone

Good tasting,energy ok.that said the chews are sweet, from cane sugar. But I get good stamina while working out.
