Does give a little boost of energy. I've only been on it for 3 days so it could take time to do it's job better. I like the grape seed flavor.

Taste great....energy there as advertised. Again they are yummy. Wish they were not so expensive. I'd more if they were.

At first when opening the packed you get this sweet smell which I loved then I tried my first two gummies and the taste is delightful
