I began by using the powder. I found that a bit tedious. Now I am trying the chewables. I find them to be like a delicious, chewy candy that is good for me. My only concern is if they are giving me the same effectiveness as the powder.

Easy to chew; good flavor. Near the end of the chew gets gritty & puckers your mouth like an unripe persimmons. Not sure of the health benefits yet until my medical updates.
