They taste great and I take them everyday . And I let my friend and my brother Inlaw try them and they bother purchased some for themselves . Highly recommend!!!

I tried taking them as before they don't agree with me. It's only certain thing I can take and this is not one of them. Sorry they are probably a good source but I wont know because of my experience in taking them.

I have always liked using the beets, and thought the chews were a good idea, but I'm not so sure that the chews aren't causing me to have an upset stomach. I am going to continue to use them for a short time, just to see if it quits.
