Ive used the powder and I think its more effective. The chews are good and a lot easier to eat so Im staying with the chews. If you have the patience to stir the powder everyday i suggest using that

I started with the powder, then went to the super grapes chew, which I found to be a touch bitter. I then tried the SuperBeets chews, which were the best in flavor for me.

Used to use super beets powder. These are good. A bit sweet for me. Very good for when traveling. Individual wrapping is very convenient bit a bit difficult to unwrap.

I don't drink caffeine, and since I am getting older super beets is really helping boost my energy levels. Twice a day, once in the morning, and at noon. Will order when my supplies get low!
