The seem like they work. The taste is pleasant. I ordered the 3 bag special and within a week you were pelting me with texts and emails if I was ready to order more! That's annoying!

The chews taste much better than the powder. I only use them when travelling etc., so I don't know if the chews work as well as the powder, which works great.

tried it for 2 months , and everyone is different. This did not help me. I would suggest you have blood work done and talk to your Dr before using this product
