The cupcakes are really good, but I would have liked a custom cake more. The problem with custom cakes is the ridiculous process to order them online and most of the options are not available online. Ordering used to be simple with a paper form, but now it sucks and you can’t get what you want unless you order it generically and then call to modify the order! How assanine.

Best cupcakes in town! Moist, flavorful and nicely decorated. I was told if you don't get cupcakes from Sam's don't bother to bring them. Who needs to heat up the kitchen when these are already waiting for you. 30 perfect delights for a great price too!

Sam’s cupcakes are the only cupcakes I purchase for events. I special ordered these for my daughter’s baby shower (with light pink icing) and they were delicious! I mean where else can you get excellent quality cupcakes for the price!! 30 cupcakes for just under $17! They will always be my go-to for cupcakes.

I haven't purchased these in years.What a disappointment. There was almost twice as much icing as there was cupcake. The cake was buried down so deep into the container holder, it was nearly impossible to get out without grabbing hold of the bounty of icing. Instead of getting thirty cupcakes, I got thirty cups of icing.

Excellent flavor and consistency. Frosting is sweet but not over sweet adding to the over flavor.
