I purchased this flat of cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They were incredibly moist and the frosting was just the right amount of sweet (like a thick whipped cream). For $16-17, these are more than worth it! I have over spent on local bakery cakes for years to get less flavor and crusty icing. Never again! We have ordered from the Sam's Club bakery for personalized cakes as well and they were equally fantastic.

I love these so much. We’ve had them for multiple birthdays now and it’s so much easier than cutting cake. No need for extra plastic wear or even plates. Napkins and cupcakes. Less expensive, less mess, less trash at the end of the party. Just perfect.

I am SO grateful that Sam's does whipped frosting. I have never been a fan of buttercream, it is too sweet for my taste. The whipped frosting is so much better, not cloyingly sweet. It's so hard for me to find store-bought cupcakes with whipped frosting. The cake is good as well. I always buy these trays for my daughter and her class for her birthday. Always a hit! Last time I bought these (March 2026), there were none left in the bakery case. I asked a bakery team member, and the employee in charge of frosting the cakes was on lunch. She said it would be a little while before she came back if I didnt mind waiting. I shopped around and sure enough, they were putting out more trays about 45m-1hr later just as I was told. Not only were they true to their word on that part, but they put out the whipped frosting cupcakes first since they relayed that I was waiting on some. I was very appreciative, especially since I was headed right to my daughter's school straight from Sam's to drop them off. Very happy with these cupcakes AND the customer service! Will be buying again. ,:)

Bakery saved the day ordered cupcakes from WalMart They had an emergency and had to close deli/bakery. Went to Sam’s and bought cupcakes and asked bakery if I could buy Spider-Man rings and the worker gave to me.

Absolutely love these cupcakes! We sometimes get them plain and have the frosting in bags to decorate them ourselves, so much fun! SAMs club bakery has the best staff as well!

My husband loves cupcakes. I buy these and wrap them individually to put in the freezer. They are the perfect size for a snack and with the whipped frosting they aren’t overly sweet.

Cupcake lid came off when putting in my car and spilled half of them out. Went back in Sam’s and they replaced. I had bought two for a party. Knowing they were very slippery to slid off tray I watched very carefully, but unfortunately after popping off the top the last cupcake lid, took off one of the 12 cupcakes and the other one slide off the tray and hit the floor. So u really need to look at the design of these carriers.
