The feedback I got on cupcakes was the frosting had NO FLAVOR. and the cupcakes were just OK. I won't be buying them again. People in the house were dreading having to have any more.

We prefer the whipped frosting, it is delicious. The option of chocolate or white cupcakes is a plus. Also, the size of the cupcakes is great! Not to big.

Absolutely love these cupcakes! We sometimes get them plain and have the frosting in bags to decorate them ourselves, so much fun! SAMs club bakery has the best staff as well!

Pretty Good cupcakes. The cake portion was moist and the best part. Wasn’t super excited with the frosting. It’s more of a whip cream less sweet kinda frosting. Not bad, but I love a good buttercream frosting. Good for the price.

The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious. However, it was impossible to get them out of carrier and place on a tray or even serve from the carrier. Once out, they toppled over. I ordered 120 for a party, and it was a total mess. We tried everything to get them out - pushing up from bottom and using a utensil to lift. There were several of us trying, and we had to wash hands every time we accomplished the removal, taking some of the icing. I don't know the answer, but others must have the same problem. Will think long and hard before buying again, even though there are no complaints on the taste.

Cupcake lid came off when putting in my car and spilled half of them out. Went back in Sam's and they replaced. I had bought two for a party. Knowing they were very slippery to slid off tray I watched very carefully, but unfortunately after popping off the top the last cupcake lid, took off one of the 12 cupcakes and the other one slide off the tray and hit the floor. So u really need to look at the design of these carriers.

The cupcakes are really good, but I would have liked a custom cake more. The problem with custom cakes is the ridiculous process to order them online and most of the options are not available online. Ordering used to be simple with a paper form, but now it sucks and you can't get what you want unless you order it generically and then call to modify the order! How assanine.
