I like Northern and it is the only one I buy. BUT I don't like that the rolls are mega size so it doesn't fit on the toilet roll until it is used for a while so that it will fit. I am surprised that more people haven't complained on this site because we have a newly remodeled house and my husband remodels houses and had bought these kinds of toilet paper holders for years at the various big box stores. It should not be necessary to sit the TP on the vanity countertop for the first couple days before putting it where it belongs. THX for asking!

When you are visiting the bathroom you do not want to have to worry about your toilet paper being too scratchy or break apart upon use. This toilet paper is neither of those. I recommend this brand whenever I can! If you haven't tried it tout yet give it a go! I am sure you will not be disappointed

I purchased the 6 Mega - 24 regular Quilted Northern Ultra Plush 3 layers. There is no way I would purchase this again. At 65 years old, I use the bathroom quite a bit and this was not soft on a female's body. Gigantic disappointment. I'll stick with my Charmin.

People how come to my home have wanted to know which Toilet paper I use, so I let them in on it. I've used a few different well known brands, but I always go back. Now that's all I will buy, its worth it.

For example, I would not purchase cheap automobile tires which would slip and slide on a wet road or easily puncture. I certainly do not want my toilet tissue to have those faults. I have confidence in Northern tissue, knowing it will perform its intended job. Keeping me and my family safe, secure and accident free.

I always had problems with toilet paper that was strong, but it was too hard. If the toilet paper was soft then if would break too easy. Now I the best of both worlds soft and strong.

Lately, every roll of our quilted northern Ultra Plush mega 12 roll pack has a wasted 3-4 feet section of odd cut, wrinkled up, unusable section of toilet paper. This is quite wasteful. We have been loyal users of Quilted Norther for years, but now we are considering changing to a different brand. Please tell me this is just a bad bunch of rolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After becoming discouraged by another Toilet papers price hike and their "original" toilet paper becoming noticeable harsher I decided to do a little research and compare all the tissues at my local store. After really reading the sheet count and total number of linear feet per roll and rolls per package Northern Tissue came out on top. Then I sampled various softnesses. And I was shocked by the incredible softness of Northern! But the real "clencher" was when I started using Northern at home. It was like using a fluffy soft baby blanket or plush fur on my bum! It cleaned very well and didn't leave "roll up" pieces behind! I didn't need a huge wad in fear of tearing or not covering the area, in fact I use less with Northern than my previous brand (Charmin)! I love Northern and if I can't find the ultra plush where I shop I will make a special trip to where I can buy it. It is the greatest value in both price per product amount (more sheets per roll) and the best in softness, without irritation and doesn't make me feel like I need to use extra to insure total cleaness has been accomplished. I give it a thumb up plus four covered fingers (that don't tear thru!) And for all its fluffiness/fullness it doesn't clog my toilet because I don't use as much to get the job done (unlike other brands that required second passes resulting in more paper in the toilet bowl). lol
