[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this tissue paper for the past five years. It is soft and yet gets everything the first time. I've had to buy other brands in an emergency and then finally started to stock up on Quilted Northern. Right now I hide a roll in my closet so that we never run out! It is very soft and durable. Thank you for getting it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was little, I got picked on at school. I would walk home about a quarter mile, and by the time I got home, I was a sobbing mess. My mother would help me take of my back pack, sit me down on the couch, then go into the bathroom. She would come back out with a brand new Quilted Northern toilet paper roll, hand it to me, and simply say, "tell me about it". Sometimes I would sit there, unable to speak; only able to unroll the first few soft, beautifully-designed squares. They were the first bit of comfort I was able to accept, until my emotions calmed down, and I was ready for my mother's words. On a near-weekly basis, my mother would have words of comfort, reassurance, and love for me. My experience with toilet paper, specifically Quilted Northern, goes way back to those elementary days that were both the worst, and ultimately most memorable of my childhood. All the bullying could have torn me apart, ruining me for life. Thank heavens for a mother like mine, and a simple roll of toilet paper. Quilted Northern dried my tears, unstuffed my nose, and is still my go-to tissue to this day when I wipe my own daughter's tears. Who knew that something we take for granted every day, like toilet paper, could remind me of such a tender memory.

I have used this product for years and will not buy anything but the Ultra Plush. The current pack has had weird paper. It's very thick and jagged. It looks like it may have been jammed in the machine. I've never seen this before in more then ten years.

I really really love the way that your toilet paper feels. One thing that I would really like is if you guys went plastic free. I’d even be happy to pay a little bit more for that, because you guys make the softest toilet paper I’ve ever used. But until that day comes, I think I’ll go with the more eco-friendly company.

I have been buying this product for years,I’m 74 years old..The last Couple of 24 Mega pack has had at least 4 rolls that I’ve had to throw away the first half due to unraveling of the sheets..It comes off in strips…I’m so unhappy I ‘m thinking of changing brands after all these years……Just wanted someone to know….So unhappy with the quality after all these years of use…

I have used Ultra Plush for years. This Jan I bought the 9 mega roll size(equals 36 reg rolls). It doesn't seem like the same product. It seems thinner than usual. I've pulled apart pieces from several rolls to see if there were actually 3 plys in there. There were,but it still seems thin. The textured quilting is smoother and turning the tissue over it looks like one of the 2 curvy lines running the length of the paper is almost off the paper as tho the quilting feature is not right causing the paper to be smoother. I am going to investigate other brands.

My husband wasn't really "feeling" (no pun intended) the other toilet paper that I had purchased. He said that it was too rough and was beginning to cause some chaffing. So, I replaced the toilet paper with our QUILTED NORTHERN. I have not heard any more complaints.

Quilted Northern is the only brand of toilet paper that I buy, but the roll is too big for my toilet holder. You have to unroll it by hand until it gets smaller and will unroll just by pulling the paper. It does not look right in my holder as it is not as wide as it used to be. I would replace the toilet paper holder but it is built into the wall. I would buy double rolls instead of the triple roll, if I could find double rolls.

The best part about quilted northern is the ZERO lint residue it doesn't leave behind. It has been a 'must have' in my household for over 10 years and will continue to be for many more years to come.
