We bought our home and had to have a plumber to clear out the toilet clog, he suggested we use quilted northern as it "breaks up" much better and he has not been back since 2000. i am 1 happy quilted northern person!

This is the tissue that I always use but lately I can't find just the regular roll sizes. They are all Mega size and they want fit into the tissue tower holders because they are just too big. I don't want to find a different brand to use, but I may have to since the rolls are too large.

I have been using this brand for years. I think it is the best out there, especially with the 3 layers. I respect this company because a few years back when I had a slight problem they took care right away, I like companies that operates with seriousness. F.M.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed how soft this toilet paper was however I probably wouldn’t purchase this myself because it easily tears.It also creates a mess on the floor when you onroll it all these tiny fibers shed on the floor. I did enjoy how large the roll itself was it seemed to last a little longer than my normal rolls and had a subtle perfume scent.

I only use Qulted Northern Ultra Plush because not only do you need to use a few sheets but it is so soft and bio degradable! This is only Toliet Tissue that does not plug up your toilet! Once I bought a different brand and my daughter used it once and told me that Quilted Northern Ultra Plush was like using cotton balls, and that she would not use the bathroom again that day until I go back to the store and buy some!!! Needless to say I went back to the store to buy it. We haven't used anything since!

I have been a fan of northern for years and years and years. I always buy well in advance and keep inventory stocked in closets and bathrooms. In doing so I don’t have the bag from which all of these rolls came from and can’t actually find a place to contact Northern so I’m going to say it here. These rolls were manufactured with the soft quilted part on the inside and the flat on the outside. What a surprise! I was using this product and thought my word they’ve changed because it’s very rough. My main concern about this is the miney that I spent for so many rolls that I’ve kept in stock. I think at least a dozen were bad.

My husband enjoys telling new friends about the time he brought home the wrong toilet tissue and about those, as he calls it, "little tender moments in life." He does this at my expense as he thinks, now, it was really funny because, friends, who were visiting at the time, never let him live it down how I made him go straight back to the store and get my Quilted Northern Ultra Plush Toilet Tissue. He makes a point of telling this story when I'm with him. When I saw what he brought home, I started nagging and complaining. "You go right back to the store and get my Quilted Northern Ultra Plush! This stuff cuts me and sticks to me. What were you thinking? You know how much I hate scratchy toilet paper." And on and on I went until he took the scratchy culprit back and got my Ultra Plush. In this house, NO other toilet tissue is allowed! Even though friends gave us a case of another brand, for Christmas, it was not used. We gave it away to anyone who would take it off our hands. This is how serious I am about my toilet paper. I even converted my hubby to Northern. After my surgery, I will be staying at a friends home for my recovery. She buys an inferior brand to save money. HA! All it does is cause bum rash, and hurts other areas. And one of my biggest gripes is, my fingers go right through it. I'm seriously considering carrying a roll, in my pouch, when visiting her home. One thing that will be packed for my stay will be my Northern Ultra Plush, which I found a great deal on. Maybe I can convert her? I buy it in cases now so I hardly ever run out. I am that dedicated. I say hardly ever run out because I'm kicking myself for not ordering it earlier and we are down to our last roll. Now hubby will have to go to the store and get us a smaller package just to get us through until our case is delivered next week. Quilted Northern is soft, which is, especially important to us older ladies. It gets me clean does NOT stick to me, my fingers don't go through it, is great for my nose issues, and I like how we never have a plugged toilet anymore.

I am usually a fan of Northern, so was excited when I saw they have a 3-ply tissue. What a disappointment! Three CUSHIONY layers? It does have three layers, but extra thin tissue paper used for gift boxes is thicker than each of the layers. I compared it to other leading brands two ply tissue and they were thicker with just two layers. Northern's 2 ply is just as good, so don't think you are getting a superior product with their 3-ply tissue, but Northern's 2 ply tissue has 328 sheets per Mega roll where the 3 ply has only 255 on a Mega roll, so you actually get less tissue with the 3 ply. Stick with the 2 ply, it's better value for your money

I have used quilted Northern for years. I purchased my first ultra plush and am quite unhappy with it, won't buy again. It leaves "lint", which I can feel. I have wondered if I could return it for a refund or credit toward the former type I've used!!

I’ve used Northern for years! It’s my favorite and I won’t buy other brands! My favorite is the scented cones lavender scented! I can remember during Covid I couldn’t find it on store shelves and IF I could even find toilet paper, had to buy other brands! Ugh!
