I have been using quilted northern for years. I just bought a new package and it's definitely not soft. It feels like a paper towel. Rough and thick. I'm disappointed and will be changing brands.

I was tired of using the same old usual brand and something said "try Quilted Northern Ultra Plush!" Man when I first touched it, I was very pleased. There is no other toilet tissue for me but Quilted Northern Ultra Plush.

This is the only brand I will purchase. No allergy floating from roll like others plus it has never clogged my septic system. 30 years never have had problem.

My husband LOVES this toilet paper - we get the Ultra Plush Double Roll, which is great, but now the stores around me only carry the MEGA roll and these DO NOT fit standard toilet paper holders. One star only for change to MEGA.
