Have been using, switched from Charmin sensitive, when you started the 3 ply soft. Now I don't feel it's as soft & no longer see the third ply. Am I crazy?

I am 68 years old. Every time the commercial comes on I cringe. I cannot understand any of the words!!! This commercial does not make me want to buy your product.
