THEY ARE SUBSTITUTING CHEAP 2 PLY PAPER FOR WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THESE PKG'S. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR YEARS & NOW IT'S LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT. SO DISGUSTED WITH GEORGIA/PACIFIC.

We are not able to use this size in either of our bathrooms. The roll is so big it hits the back wall of the holder & won't roll. It needs an extender so it will roll. Do you provide it?
