I have been buying your toilet paper 3 ply for years because it was so soft and durable. But lately I noticed packages look different and the toilet paper has turned into dust. What happened to quality? I won’t pay extra for paper dust and the mess it makes in the bathroom. Looks like I never clean.

Northern beats all the others, so don't flush good money down the toilet. Buy Northern you will be happy you did.

I have been buying this brand for years and I have noticed that the product quality seems to be getting cheaper every time I buy it. Not only does it not feel as soft, the rolls have been significantly smaller, but the price is steadily increasing!!

I was a faithful Ultra Plush fan buying the double rolls. Now I'm forced to buy the mega rolls which are so big they rub the wall when placed in the holder. They look like the industrial rolls in service station bathrooms. And even worse, they are not as soft as they used to be. They feel thinner and scratchy. Now I guess I'll be on the lookout for a new product.

Hi; We are switching brands after purchasing your product exclusively for over 40 years. “Northern” had always been the best product for us, however the quality of our last three purchases of Northern is so awful we will no longer purchase your product. Sheets are either not correctly aligned or way too much adhesive is applied to one side of the roll. Product will not unroll.These quality control failures make your product unusable. We have purchased your product at different locations approximately 30 days apart and each package had one of the above issues with every roll. We are disappointed to see a product that has been manufactured properly for over 40 years become so bad in quality. As loyal customers of yours for so long we felt you deserved an explanation for why we are changing brands. Thank you for 40 years of a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another brand was on sale so I bought it. I was not happy at all with it and could not wait until the package was gone. Once gone I of course purchased a package of the quilted ultra. I actually prefer the ultra as it is softer and as a woman who well, has to use TP at every bathroom trip. Soft TP is the preferred kind. I get the larger roll and I love how it last a lot longer. Overall, I really do enjoy this brand of TP.

My focus was price and convenience especially when it come to toilet tissue. In the last ten years or so, I am converted to Quilted Northern Ultra Plush. Softness and strength are qualities that can and should go together in my toilet paper. I have been using this brand for years and have been pleased with it however,as of late it's been different. The rolls run out really quick and I notice that it rips apart all of a sudden when I use it. It no longer feels as plush as it used to. I dnt know what's going on but if I'm going to keep paying that much for extra plush please be extra plush. This new crap you all came out with is giving off brand cheapness and my tush is not happy. Fix it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all brands of bathroom tissue but Quilted Northern Ultra plush with its three layers is not only soft but thick enough to do the job without having to use a lot of tissue. Saves with the cost plus it is a household favorite. Everyone noticed the difference and loved it.

First, let me say that I love Quilted Northern. It is the highest quality toilet tissue on the market. HOWEVER, the Mega size (4x regular) rolls are a nightmare. They are far too fat to fit in the toilet paper holder. One has to shove and pull it until a third of the roll is used, before it will unroll as it should. Why would you make it difficult to use?
