[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a lot of different Toilet papers but know are as strong or as soft as Quilted Northern. People how come to my home have wanted to know which Toilet paper I use, so I let them in on it. I've used a few different well known brands, but I always go back. Now that's all I will buy, its worth it.

I just bought a new pack today and have always loved this brand and its quality, but today I got it home and realized that the smell of chlorine was insanely strong. I thought maybe it was the packaging so I took a roll out and set it in the bathroom. After a few hours my entire bathroom smells like chlorine! Seems unsafe to use and the smell is super over baring. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing again if this is the new normal for your brand.

When you are visiting the bathroom you do not want to have to worry about your toilet paper being too scratchy or break apart upon use. This toilet paper is neither of those. I recommend this brand whenever I can! If you haven't tried it tout yet give it a go! I am sure you will not be disappointed

The quilted northern commercial using the multigenerational women “singing” their TP song is most annoying. I have to either mute the TV or change channels. The commercial has totally turned me off from buying any of your products. I haven’t purchased any of your products since this commercial began, however, I couldn’t leave this message without choosing a product I’ve purchased in the past 6 months. Your website wouldn’t let me skip that question. Another reason not to purchase any of your products.

I used to avidly boast about how great QN's Ultra Plush was. However, I would say in the last year or so, the quality is just not there. It's not as soft, I have more problems starting rolls, and about 90% of the time (seriously) I rip sheets in half due to poor tear lines. I frequently use TP as tissue paper as well, and when you rip off 1.5 sheets instead of 2-3, it's totally pointless and trashed. I'm about to switch over to something else. It's not quite worth the money anymore, however still better than some alternatives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was little, I got picked on at school. I would walk home about a quarter mile, and by the time I got home, I was a sobbing mess. My mother would help me take of my back pack, sit me down on the couch, then go into the bathroom. She would come back out with a brand new Quilted Northern toilet paper roll, hand it to me, and simply say, "tell me about it". Sometimes I would sit there, unable to speak; only able to unroll the first few soft, beautifully-designed squares. They were the first bit of comfort I was able to accept, until my emotions calmed down, and I was ready for my mother's words. On a near-weekly basis, my mother would have words of comfort, reassurance, and love for me. My experience with toilet paper, specifically Quilted Northern, goes way back to those elementary days that were both the worst, and ultimately most memorable of my childhood. All the bullying could have torn me apart, ruining me for life. Thank heavens for a mother like mine, and a simple roll of toilet paper. Quilted Northern dried my tears, unstuffed my nose, and is still my go-to tissue to this day when I wipe my own daughter's tears. Who knew that something we take for granted every day, like toilet paper, could remind me of such a tender memory.

I have been a very loyal customer for quite some time now. Never again!! I was so, so disappointed with my last purchase. I hung in there with price changes (up, up, up) up until now. The 'new' size is absolutely ridiculous as is the softness - I mean the lack thereof respectively!! I won't even blow my nose with this product. Your marketing and sales need to be overhauled. Not everything is about the all mighty "buck". I understand your tactics, but I do not have to live by them. I'm sure my stepping off from purchasing your tissue will not hurt your business at all. But, maybe if I share my opinion enough you'll go back to a decent sized, softer roll of necessity. You and your company should be ashamed.

We have a joke in the family...It is Quilted Northern UltraPlush for our bottoms and nothing else. Thanks for a great product!

I have been using this brand for years and have been pleased with it however,as of late it's been different. The rolls run out really quick and I notice that it rips apart all of a sudden when I use it. It no longer feels as plush as it used to. I dnt know what's going on but if I'm going to keep paying that much for extra plush please be extra plush. This new crap you all came out with is giving off brand cheapness and my tush is not happy. Fix it
