Let me start by saying this is the ONLY toilet paper you will ever find in my home. This paper is so incredibly soft and plush! It's thick enough to do the job, but not so thick it clogs the toilet

We always buy Quilted Northern, however, you changed to paper wrapped instead of plastic. Some of the toilet paper wrap got wet so therefore, the toilet paper is wet. I wish you didn't change the plastic wrapping.
