Have used quilted northern for years. Very happy with it until now. Finding when you tear off does not tear at perforation line. Rips in the middle. Thinking about changing

As a person with MCC, I have the typical explosive diarrhea. I have a lot of cleaning to do and often. The triple layers do a good job of cleaning me up, gently.

I'm really disappointed they caved to shrinkflation. It used to be 3-ply. It's still labeled 3-ply here. Read the packaging in store, 2-ply. Disgusting.

In the last year, I switched from cottonelle to quilted northern toilet paper after experiencing the ultra plush line. During my first use of the ultra plush, I was sold. The toilet paper was so soft and gentle. Lately, I’ve noticed that the toilet paper hasn’t been as soft and gentle. I have enjoyed the toilet paper, but it feels like the consistency with what’s inside the packaging is off. I’m not sure if the toilet paper was added to the lush packaging by mistake, if there was a formula change, or there was a bad batch that went out. I’m worried about purchasing again, hoping for lush, and experiencing the opposite. Hopefully, whatever is happening is corrected because I really have enjoyed the plush batches that I’ve purchased.

Re: Quilted Northern Ultra (purple package) 3 ply Get it together quilted northern. I am now on my third package that is only two ply and it’s rolled backwards and it’s cut uneven. I have used quilted Northern for 15 years and I’m very disappointed in this product right now.

This product exhibits shrinkflation; while it appears to be a cost-effective option, it is not. The perceived savings are misleading, as the paper width is significantly smaller than standard toilet paper. In my opinion, Sam's Club is acting in bad faith by not clearly highlighting this difference, thus creating the false impression of lower costs when, in reality, the consumer is paying a higher price.
