Well made sturdy construction, good design, stylish looking, and a good price. It does take awhile to assemble however, the end product makes it worthwhile.

While this toolbox looks good in the picture - the description fails to point out it arrives in PIECES!! No mention at all of FULL ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!! I am not a novice at assembly. However, this time it took two of us over 6 hours to get this box put together. To say nothing of the out of alignment screw holes and off center panels. The drawers do slide - with effort - gonna take a bit of extra lubricant to get them moving better. I would not recommend this to anyone who does not have at least 1 'friend' who can commit several hours to this assembly or has very little experience in assembly of items. The magnetic screwdriver is a nice touch - and there were extra screws in case one got lost. I was able to use a power driver on a number of the screws - others - no way! Time will tell how well it holds up.

I wanted a nice cabinet of some sort to hold my bead horde. I looked at small chests and my husband suggested checking out mechanics' tool chests. I saw this one at Sam's and thought it just the thing. My husband put it together in about 2 hours (with my help holding the drawer pieces). I will likely replace the black honeycomb mats with a more solid surface mat for my bead collection. Hopefully, it will help me better organize my jewelry beads! It is industrial looking and is utilitarian and actually, I like the looks. There are lots more expensive chests out there, but this one will work for my needs.

When I read the posted reviews I had some hesitation about ordering this unit. The parts are well marked and even include arrows to make sure that everything is in the right position. It's actually very intuitive and hard to screw up. My best suggestion is to throw away the included screw driver and find a better magnetic one. It REALLY makes the task much easier. If you've ever assembled a kid's Paw Patrol toy, you'll have no problem assembling this cabinet. When you open up the box and see the pile of parts it's a little overwhelming, but without the screws, each drawer is 5 parts. Set them aside and the remaining parts look much more manageable. It's a nice unit for the price and I have ordered another one. Good luck and don't let the reviews intimidate you!

I bought 2 Stainless Steel Toolboxes from another source and needed pedestals upon which to set them. Saw these at Sam's Club and bought them. I finally finished assembly last weekend after installing many many screws. I am delighted with the result and the price and understand that in order to get this thing into a kit to ship in a smaller box would be impossible. If this were preassembled, the price point could most likely not be met. Fit OK Finish OK Function Just fine. Another reviewer mentioned the heavy duty nature of the casters, that is OK too. I have a heavy box on top! They are quite stable.

This fits perfectly under my Seville Classic Workbench and does a great job of holding my tools. This took approx 2 hours for me to put together and although not hard, just a lot screws and patients to complete. I cannot say that it is the highest quality that is out there, but the price justifies that. Not that this is cheap, but it is this price due tot the fact you have to spend quite a bit of time putting it together. It does lock which is a good feature, but it will only keep a honest person out. spin the unit around and remove the back would be an easy way to defeat it.

This small rolling cabinet is a must have for any home/garage shop. It takes about 5 hours to assemble, with many many small screws to contend but the durability is well worth the price. A small power screwdriver is a necessary tool to assemble. The instructions are clear and precise.

First, we got the graphite & I'd say the frame is a little more brown than stainless steel drawers, unlike in the picture where they look like they match better. I agree with many of the reviews here. Basically it's a gamble, you may get one that is well packaged & put together or you may get one with scratches & dents. Even if you get the former, you're not just assembling every single panel & screw (it comes with 217 screws + about 3-5 extra of each screw type) , you'll even have to DISASSEMBLE some drawer tracks in order to install the wood top to the side panels and then reassemble them once installed. Even if you have a drill, there are a lot of narrow areas you need to get in that only a slim screwdriver like the one supplied can be used. The first cart sent to us had dented panels, chipped wood top & some of the rivets were crooked. Sams very quickly arranged to have a new one sent and that one was better, although like the first, I noticed some loose screws and rivets (not from the bag of hardware) at the bottom of the package. We couldn't disassemble the old one and repackage it (it's extremely tightly put together in a very thin styrofoam "box" and then that is covered by the cardboard box it's shipped in) so a courier came and picked it up, rather than fedex. Once put together it looks fine and will probably hold up in our studio. Just be ready for a lot of assembly and maybe some trial and error with parts and Sams customer service.

This is an amazing cabinet/cart! It did take me several hours to assemble, only because I was being super careful to follow instructions exactly. The secret is to take your time, follow the excellent (and very easy) instructions faithfully and assemble each area and piece in the order listed. I dumped the three sizes of screws into 3 bowls for easy access. I found that if I inserted each screw and just barely assembled each section, I could go back and tighten each screw quickly and there were no problems at all. When I tried to tighten all the screws on one side and then do the other, then the holes didn't line up perfectly and the screws would bind. So TAKE IT EASY and then tighten up each section. It looks great, is solidly built, and rolls like a dream. My zillions of kitchen utensils and baking pans and supplies are finally organized. I just ordered the one with the doors on one side and a door with an interior shelf so I can tuck my mixer in there and put some of the taller baking items in the side drawers. I will build that this weekend. I am a 66 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis and I built the whole thing completely unassisted. The screwdriver they supplied was even better than using my power screwdriver! Buy this cabinet and be happy!

Great design, easy to assemble but time consuming, solid. Dropped 4 stars because It is painful to open the drawers, literally, then everything in the drawer flies around. I got the soft close because it was the only color that matched. Bad call, I would return if I didn't have to disassemble.
