[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced a previous Samsung fridge. This one makes no compressor noise, and keeps everything at the desired temp. I did not think I would use a the ice features but I run the freezer ice until the trays are half full then turn it off. This works well for me as I am not a big of ice but I do use the door ice for small drinks. I love the adaptability of this fridge but miss the fold up shelf in my prior fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product and was not sure if I would really like it. Thei is the best purchase I have made. The size is very big so fits a lot of products. It was also very easy to connect it to my phone so I can control it. My experience with the SmartThings app is great, very easy to set up and use. I have tried the power freeze a couple of times and love how quick it freezes the products. I tend to forget a lot so the 2 minute door alarm is my favorite thing on this fridge. It goes off so many times a day so it helps me remember to close the door. I love using apps so being able to adjust temperature fron my phone from the app is a major plus. It is also very easy to clean the fridge since it does not leave any finger prints on it

If I could give this product a -1 I would. I have had this fridge for three years and after year 1, I had to have the ice maker and memory board replaced. Two weeks ago, I had to have someone come because the coolant went, they came, added more freon in it. Here I am again with no fridge cause it is not cool. They are coming on Friday yet again. What a terrible product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge a little over 2 weeks now and it has been a great addition to our home. The smart features are not overbearing and will send a nice notification if the door is left open, or if the temps are low. I love having the 4 different options for ice types. I was under the impression the ice cubes were going to be like the nugget or pellet ice, but they are smaller cubes. While not as great as the nugget ice, I would still say it is the good ice. We had some issues with the dispencer on the front leaking, but after re-leveling the fridge, that stopped. This produces a lot of ice very quickly. The dispencer on the front of the fridge can do the curved ice, and crushed ice along with the water. The regular large cubes and the ice bites are in bins in the freezer. The ice is clear. The water and the ice taste great. The fridge is about the same size as our last one was, but this one seems to fit items better. We have been able to fit more items in the doors and have the main area free to use for bigger items. It has a flex shelf that can push in to accomodate tall items, and that has been wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Large Capacity 3-Door French Door 31 cu. ft. Refrigerator with 4 Types of Ice is a really big, roomy fridge. The install person said it was the biggest fridge they make, and it really does live up to its name. I love the 4 types of ice, the sliding tray that allows me to keep bottles upright in the fridge, and the size of the freezer is fantastic. The downside for me is that the refrigerator itself is tall, and being a shorter person, it is hard to reach items that get to the back. Also, I do wish that the fruit and vegetable drawers were bigger. It is super quiet, which is a big change from our old fridge. It also cools quickly and I love the metal cooling plates on the back. The set up was easy once it was installed, however , the water dispenser barely works. It is just a little trickle, and I assured it was set up correctly and that there was nothing wrong with the lines. That just seems to be how it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone looking for space with the space to have it, because it is big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed after having the refrigerator installed was how big it was inside; even with a water and ice dispenser in the door. The shelves in the doors are fairly deep and can hold quite a bit. The shelves and drawers inside are sturdy and easy to clean. The freezer is deep and has a lot of room despite the large double bin for the two types of ice it produces. The freezer has cubed ice and ice bites (my daughter's favorite) while the door produces curved and crushed ice. The initial setup with the SmartThings app was really easy and the app identified the new appliance before being prompted. With the app I can monitor when the filter needs to be changed and the internal temperature as well as get alerts. The only negative I have to say about it thus far is that if you don't use the ice in the door for a while it gets stuck together in the bin so when cuved ice is selected it grinds it free and makes a bit of a mess. To remedy this I just had to open the storage bin and manually break the ice apart. Not a big deal but something to think about.

I was forever complaining about how little storage it had. Definitely not the case with this fridge it has alot of storage space for all my drinks vegetables, and meats. The best feature I personally love is the three style ice it makes. I can even controll it via Bluetooth with my smart things app.it allows me to see it in my home eco system, which is a plus because I tend to forget ti close the frigarator door. It quickly send my a message through my smart device's saying I left the frigarator open. How awsome is that! This is Great buy guys your not going to regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is massive.. on the inside. Sits in the same footprint as my old fridge but looks empty compared to my old fridge. One thing that I'm sad about is the lack of room for taller items. I'm not a fan of putting my milk in the door. My gallon of milk only fits in the door or if I pull the slider shelf back. Other than that all the ice makers are awesome and I love how I can control the temperature and ice makers from my phone. Another cool thing is the door open notification sent to my phone too.. with kids home for summer it's nice to be able to see what's happening from the office. Excited for all the space. Love how pretty it looks in my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It is very spacious and the size of the shelves are adjusted perfectly. The middle shelf opens and works great for long wine bottles. I had a Samsung side by side and it was great, but I like being able to fit sizable leftovers on the shelves and not have to break them down into small portions. I never wanted anything but the ice maker on the door for convenience but I love the containers in the lower freezer compartment. I use them everyday with the included scoop. Faster and easier and with the 4 different types of ice. Crushed to cool of homemade iced tea. Large cubes for big cups and the little cubes for the kids. Love love love it. Very glad I purchased and gave my old Samsung to a friend and he loves that one too.
