Large refrigerator with innovative ice machines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Proud new owners of the Samsung model RF32CG5400SRAA. Must start with how great it is to have the four different types of ice. Helps keep us from running out and my wife and daughter love the Ice Bites. Good for drinks or if you like chewing on ice. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is nice. Especially after having one that wasn’t. With 31 cu. ft. of space, there is ample room for all groceries. Plus, the layout of the shelves helps maximize the available space. With the Samsung Smart Things app, you can keep an eye on the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. Plus, you can turn on or off the three different ice makers. It also has a door alarm that will send an alert to your phone if left open for over two minutes. Overall we have been very pleased with our new refrigerator and look forward to many years of excellent performance.

Great ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last fridge died, so we got this as the replacement. I am happy that i can open either sides drawers without opening both doors. I like having two options for ice. We use a lot but we have never run out. It seems spacious for our needs.

Good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my GE fridge for 10 years and it died on me so I had to find a replacement in a hurry. Found an amazing deal and decided to give Samsung a try. Only 2 complaints so far. First the top shelf seems a little flimsy due to only having support on the front of it on one side. The second issue is the ice dispenser seems to leak a little bit of water from ice getting stuck inside the door between the ice maker and the dispenser. Seems to be a common problem on the Samsung units as my parents experience the same issue with theirs. Overall i would buy another Samsung if the price is similar or cheaper than a comparable GE unit.

Lots of room

The large capacity is much nicer than our previous refrigerator and all the ice maker options are really convenient. I really like that it connects to wifi and provides notifications.

Great FRIDGE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. It's HUGE. Love the filter in the front (past GE owner) and easily accessible. Looks great in the same space with just a little more sticking out from the counter. Being able to monitor through SmartThings is a great plus for those who can't seem to close the door, but also adjust temp when gone for extended periods and turn on/off ice makers

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge, it is very spacious and has plenty of room. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the fact that the left door will not stay open when I am putting groceries away, I have to pull the produce drawer out to prop it open otherwise the cold door will hit onto my back.

Love this fridge!

It's incredibly spacious, we love the variety of ice and the flexibility to turn off certain varieties of ice if we want. It's easy to clean and looks great in our kitchen!

Great features and it includes Bluetooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new condo and the refrigerator was included. It's nice to have a brand-new refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door. We have not had that feature so it's a great addition. The freezer has plenty of space and 2 trays for ice. If you scan the QR code, you can easily register for the warranty and connect the refrigerator to your phone via Bluetooth. This is a great feature as your phone will alert you if the door is open for too long. Fun technology to have. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator.

Stopped within 48 hours

Freezer stopped working within 48 hours after delivery and installation. This should be more than enough to say about the quality of the product. I had several friends suggested to avoid this brand but I wanted to try one more time and I wish I had not picked this again

worst mistake ever.

This refrigerator is terrible I had it for 8 months tried to get it fixed by Samsung and it did not get fixed and the tech came out twice they deemed it unfixable. They wont refund me but giving me Samsung credit. The compressors on these are not big enough for the mega capacity refrigerator.
