[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Preferred our Figidaire Gallery series soooo much more. This fridge is NOT fingerprint resistant. Our grandkids make a mess everything they're over. Have to constantly wash it. Shelving options are horrible. It might be 3 - 4 cu. ft. larger than out Gallery but the interior shelving layout is horrible. Wasted space. We have to lay down a lot of taller items. Finally it has this cold plate or metal wall in the back for cooling. I don't care what you set the temp to, we're freezing any liquids near the back every time. Even our eggs froze in the fridge.

Samsung deceptive advertising. They advertise a fridge compressor have 10 years warranty but refuse to honor their promise. Samsung train their support personnel to defuse the issues with their products and you end up in a vicious cycle for several weeks hoping that you forget about the warranty and move on.

Bought in November 2023, Leak in high side compression flange, waited almost 2 weeks to have fixed. Had to talk to someone in the Philippines 2 times with 25 minutes wasted with someone that was hard to understand, asked for someone that spoke English 5 times, spoke faster...Lost a whole freezer and fridge food. Word with repair people this happen frequently, poof quality control. Juice ran on lower shelf on the underside, no way to clean or remove, lets see the resolution! Temp on app only shows set temp, not actual, waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a awesome purchase! I bought it mainly for the size, and this baby holds a lot of groceries. I've yet been able to pack it full. My biggest concern is that it needs a thermometer inside to indicate the true temperature. Although I have temperature set at 39-40 degrees, foods still freeze and if I'm trying to defrost, it takes forever.

Loved the fridge when we first got it. 3 months in and this sealed system has failed. Got a tech out after a week, said they have to replace the compressor/drier. Another week before he can get back out. 2 weeks now without the fridge. When that gets installed, it takes 72 hours for the dye to go through the system to see if that fixed the issue. Potentially, it could be a month before my fridge is working. Not real happy with my Samsung investment at this point.

I had my previous refrigerator for over 20 years, at the point of no return. When the new Samsung large capacity 3-door French door arrived on the truck, I was afraid that the refrigerator would be too big, but when the delivery team, they had also said that it would be too big. But the delivery company sent another to haul the old refrigerator and place the new Samsung refrigerator, and when I saw that it fit perfectly, I was so excited. When we put the food in the new Samsung refrigerator, there was much more space than in our old one, and we couldn't reach the back. The water dispenser is also excellent, where you can get ice from two places (the second one dispenses ice in the freezer). The freezer also has plenty of space to store frozen items. The two drawers for the freezer allow the household to have their ice cream, and there is plenty of room left over for frozen food items.

Little bit when it said it had four different types of ice and only seen two on the dispenser but then quickly realized that the rest was made in the freezer! Love how spacious it is!! Even the doors have ample space for really about anything can fit on the door!! Love how cold the water comes out also how fresh it taste
