[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous unit. plenty of room and can hold a case of beverage and have plenty of room for food. the door bins have room for gallon containers and easily hold all the condiments, salad dressing and containers the need to be kept refrigerated. the stainless steel finish is beautiful and the freezer plenty of room for meet and frozen meals. the ice maker makes 4 styles of ice which is great for entertaining and the water dispenses nice and cold and the ice dispenser ice keeps it nice in cold in my water decanter. the Samsung Smarthing app is great. it enables me to monitor the temperature and ice maker and turn the ice maker on or off as well as temperature control remotely

The 31 cubic feet is bigger than what we had and holds everything we use on a daily/weekly basis. The water dispenser is colder than out previous GE and we love the 4 different types of ice.

I BOUTHT THIS ONE MONTH AGO SO FAR THE WATER DISPENSER DOES NOT WORK.ICE MEKER DISPENSED ALL IN THE DRAW BELOW. IT DOE NOT MAKE ANY SENCE IF ICE CAN BE ACCES FROMTHE DOOR WHY HAVE A DRAW FULL OF ICE WAISTEING SPACE AND STORAGE TOP SHELF IS NOT STEADY CAN PUT NOTHING ASIDE FROM EGGS VERY UNSTABLE AND WEAK AGAIN WASTE OF SPACE/STORAGE LEFT DOOR IS TRICKY TO CLOSE WITH THAT SILLY FLAP. THE BOTTOM DRAW STORAGE IS MINIMUN NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY MORE FOR SINGLES RELLY DISAPOINTED AND DISCUTED WITH THIS FRIGE WILL NOT RECOMEND TO NO ONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fridge but there are a few issues that are a bit bothersome: 1 - it dents really easily 2 - we had one issue where the fridge compressor was frozen and we had to empty the entire fridge and defrost it for it to start working again. We've never had this issue with the other fridges we've had in the past 3 - cleaning the bottom shelf is difficult, you cannot get under the glass which is a problem when things leak and get stuck underneath it.

One major issue that's super annoying are the doors. My left door doesn't stay open and I have to use a drawer to keep it open if I'm taking items to/from the counter, my right door opens to the point of slamming open if I let it go and neither door really closes good unless I push harder than I should for what appears to be soft close. Anyone know how to fix this? Fridge is 3 days old.

Still leaning to use all the different settings and options as it’s very upgraded. The design is very sleak and looks expensive and clean I love it, the ice maker is amazing never had so much excitement for water and ice cube dispensing.

We brought this Samsung Mega Capacity 07/28/24. We like the overall size and multiple Ice types. The only complaint is the adjustable sliding shelf. I think it is a poor design creating a weak point. The shelf is not supported very well at the side walls and the front mid-point where the shelf halves meet can sag with even what should be considered normal weight. Being a technical person, I made a support post that looks pretty good, but still!!! Samsung, feel free to contact me and I am hoping there is a non-sliding option available to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the fridge a few months ago. Pros: big, various ice size and tray, freezer drawers Cons: shelves need more adjustments, door with water dispenser closes on you while you're getting things from fridge.

If I could give this product a -1 I would. I have had this fridge for three years and after year 1, I had to have the ice maker and memory board replaced. Two weeks ago, I had to have someone come because the coolant went, they came, added more freon in it. Here I am again with no fridge cause it is not cool. They are coming on Friday yet again. What a terrible product!!!

I’ve owned for about three months now, and it’s working out great for us. There’s plenty of room inside, led lights, and four kinds of ice! So far it’s been great, and I expect it to last a long long time. Very pleased.
