The mattress has been sagging in the middle for over two years to the point I had to go to ER to get my back checked. When I get up in the morning I can’t hardly straighten up

I am enjoying an excellent night’s sleep on this beautiful mattress.  My previous mattress was a hybrid Beautyrest and after 10 years (had a 25 year warranty) it failed and was bulging on the side. Beautyrest warranty department was EXCELLENT to work with and gave me full credit for the old mattress toward the new one. Start to finish, I had a comfortable new bed within 3 weeks!

Best warranty department!
