Love all the ports on board, the fact that it is expandable where you can add batteries and/or a gas generator. I’m using it for our camper, as well as a backup power source for the home when we’re not camping.

It performs much better than I expected. A single Delta Pro has powered my refrigerator/freezer plus an additional chest freezer for over 24 hours and still has 45% charge remaining.

Unit arrived promptly, no damage. Tested connection to my home transfer box worked with no flaws. Solar Panels also worked. Based on my expectations, I ordered a second unit along with dual hub so I can use the 240 volt capabilities.

I ordered this EcoFlow Whole-Home Backup Solutions with 2 DELTA Pros + Double Voltage Hub (NEMA L14-30R) with L14-30R to L14-30P cable included in this bundle to hook up the Double Voltage Hub into my home’s power inlet box that provides plug and play home backup power from Sam’s Club Online. At NO TIME have I received Tracking Information from EcoFlow or Sam’s Club. I received the EcoFlow 2 DELTA Pros and its cables but have not receive the correct Double Voltage Hub with NEMA L14-30R and cable. A week later I received a Double Voltage Hub to connect to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 with no cable I cannot use until I upgrade to the Smart Home Panel 2. I have called the Sam's Club Online service serval times, and they contacted the EcoFlow vendor, but still not get any status back from them?

Have had the 2 delta pros and 4 extra batteries and the duel fuel smart home generator for 2 years now and they work very well. I have used them with the original smart home panel and the smart home panel 2 now and I am very happy with the portability & functionality of them. Together they work as a great source of backup power for my home and cost savings with solar.
