New life for old power tools

My Friends are all wanting one now. I ordered my Delta Pro from Kickstarter last year, arrived just before maple syrup season. So this year I loaned it to the sugar shack which normally runs on a gas generator for a couple weeks. Needless to say the lights stayed on, the sap kept running and the tunes kept going with no back ground engines. Received 4L of delicious maple syrup as a thank you, plus the good times boiling! I also farm so this unit has been priceless for repairs and barn Reno’s where I don’t have hydro service. Now I can use my larger power tool like they are cordless. Cut off saw, table saw, air compressor, even 110v mig welder can travel where ever my truck does. And charge cordless batteries, and phones and keep the music flowing all day long. Keeps LED lights going for days without needing a recharge. Priceless for some with stuff to do!

Perfect for my needs!

I have wanted to convert to solar for awhile, but so many systems don't work when the grid goes down. So when I read about the EcoFlow system, I knew this was what I was looking for. So I ordered 2 Delta Pros to start with. Will be ordering the smart Panel when back in stock, and additional batteries as needed to fill my power requirements. When the first unit arrived, some damage to the box, but only a few nicks and scratches on the case. Charged it up using both the standard charge and the fast charge. Then checked it with my 1300 microwave that wouldn't work with my gas fired generator. The Delta Pro worked like a charm. Really looking forward to completing the system.

Delta Pro, Smooth Sine Wave at High Load!

I use my Delta Pro with computers and hard drives on set ( DIT work ). These systems ( especially the drives ) require flawless power to run. One error can cost me the job. With my laptop system its only pulling around 60 watts, and that will last for almost a week solid. I also have the 160 watt foldable solar panels, and I can run indefinitely with even the smallest amount of sun. At home, it backs up my refrigerator and my security system in case of outage. This is the gold standard for portable power. Can be charged and used at the same time. I also have a River Max, and between the two of them, power is always available! I love these!

BEST BACKUP BATTERY

I've been using this battery backup for 6 months and completely love it. I originally purchased this model due to the huge amount of power that it can send out to all my gadgets. I WAS WRONG! This thing can handle much more. I can tell you that EcoFlow products are well built, solid and perform well. They separate themselves from the competition. You can ensure hours of power from this device without any unknown issues. Package shipped fast and after you charge it, it's ready to work. There is even an app. Put it in the back of your truck or car and charge all your devices in a snap. What more, it's simple. BUY ONE OR MORE OF THERE UNITS AND CHAIN THEM TOGETHER. MONEY WELL SPENT!

Camping delight! No more noisy, smelly, generator!

This has really upped our boondocking game. We have the EcoFlow River Max, which gives us about a day of power for our camper van, running a sink water pump, mini-fridge, lights, and a pot or two of coffee. We just returned from our first camping trip with the Delta Pro and it allowed us to do everything we did with the River Max and more for nearly a week on a single charge. The main appeal of the Delta Pro is the ability to power larger AC appliances. We now have a microwave, 5000Btu AC unit, and are considering an induction cooktop for our camper van. We have not done a full drawdown test on the AC loads yet, but I expect 6-7 hours of run time out of the Air Conditioner...maybe more if I cycle it. With the larger draw items, we will need to recharge the Delta Pro on the go, which is the one area that could use some improvement. When charging from a car outlet (12v) the Delta Pro seems to be pulling more amps than it should, and blows fuses (on the car). We had the same issue with the River Max, and EcoFlow was awesome about releasing firmware updates that fixed the charging problem. I like how the app allows you to select the charging current from 4, 6, or 8 amps to limit the draw on thinner vehicle wiring. In our case, the Delta Pro will not charge above 4 amps from a 12v source, or it will blow a fuse (15 amp fuses). I believe the issue is that the charge (4amps x 12v = 50w) PLUS whatever DC load is being drawn from the Delta Pro (lights, fridge, fan) are all coming through the charging cable. So if I have 50w of charge coming in, and 150w of load, it appears that 200w is coming through the DC charge cable, when it should only be 50w. I'm really not dunking on EcoFlow about this, since we had the same problem when the River was new and their firmware updates fixed it. Really though, charging this from 12v is silly. There are so many better and faster ways to charge this, and wow is it fast from an AC source!

The whole system is greater than the parts

Missed out on the Kick Starter pricing and delivery so had to wait until the items were in stock again. Started with the Delta Pro than the Pro battery followed up with a 400 watt solar panel than finally the Smart generator. About a year ago I purchased a tri-fuel generator but it is so loud that the world would know you have power. Between the solar panel and generator the system seems complete. Solar is quiet and the generator is also quiet, you can have a conversation with someone standing next to the generator without shouting or wearing hearing protection. Oh, by the way sold the tri-fuel generator. Tried out the Delta Pro by itself running my refrigerator. Starting at 100% charge, it ran my large refrigerator about 40 hours and still has some power left. I feel very confident that the system will help me from loosing food in the next power outage.

Great Backup and Works with RVs

I purchased this as a backup for my house in case of blackouts (looking at you Texas power grid) and also to use with my RV when boondocking. It's been fantastic, especially considering a lot of sites don't allow generators but they do allow portable power stations. I was able to power my TV and microwave off the Delta Pro for the 3 nights we camped and still had plenty of backup storage.

FAST CHARGING AND SO MUCH POWER!

I originally bought the Delta for my van conversion but quickly realized that I needed greater DC output than it would provide for my 2 high power DC uses-diesel heater and water pump. I ended up replacing the Delta for the Delta Pro which allows for 30 amp output DC. Love, love , love it. (even though it may be a bit overkill for my little van). Setup was so easy with an Anderson plug to the fuse box and charging is fast through an AC outlet. The Delta Pro is a bit of a beast though and difficult to load in and out of the van as it weighs about 100 lbs. The app is really helpful in monitoring the usage as I have trouble moving it around in the tight space to see the display.

Excellent "Plug and Play" capabilities

I bought these as an emergency power supply for my home. However, I have expanded the capabilities and now use it for about 45% of my daily electricity usage. I have two Pro base units and each has an added battery. These are connected to two banks of solar panels, of 1000 watts each string. The Pros are connected to a Smart Home Panel, which then powers most of my 15 and 20 amp circuits in my home. I am very happy with the ease of use and reliability of the components. Also, their customer service has been fantastic. I almost went with a DIY solution, but have been very happy with this all-in-one solution. It made the transition a lot faster.

Awesome Batteries

I have been reading about possible outages coming our way so after doing due diligence I found Ecoflow. I bought one delta pro and liked it so much that I bought another Delta Pro, an extra battery, and two 400-watt solar panels. I have been charging my two refrigerators, my phone and laptop, blow-dryer and bedroom on my two delta pros with 650 watts all day long free of charge.
