[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a couple of weeks now. I love the AI feature and the quality of wash. Love the shape and color. This fits snug in the small space I got in my laundry room. Elevates the look of the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased online and ha dit delivered and installed. The delivery team was a bi skittish for my liking and they told me the valves were connected and to a test run. I use cold water for washes so didn't realize they forgot to turn on the hot valve back on. Delivery was just a bit of a headache. However, the machine itself is very quiet, it connects to the smart things app and I can control a bunch of features and get updates on issue. Ie the water valve not supplying hot water and to check water supply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This washer looks amazing in black stainless steel finish. Nobody shows off their laundry machines but this could change that! More importantly, it works better than any washer I've used previously. It has a very large capacity for a home washer. Easily handles large blankets without getting off balance or making loud banging noises. The controls are intuitive and I especially like the short "super fast" cycle to quickly do a load. You can use preset cycles or adjust to your needs. The washer will indicate the required time and count it down. The cycle is very quiet and has yet to go off balance in the month we've had it. The tub is stainless steel and illuminated when you open the door which is very helpful. Again, this has a super large capacity. Highly recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing, it is very quiet, and the wash cycles are simple but yet has many functions available for different types of clothes. I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous washer. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer (electric) in December 2022 and have loved it ever since. It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung Bespoke washing about a month ago and so far so good! I love the modern, sleek design and all of the dryer/washing functions. The connected app is also super helpful to determine when the load is done.

I had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have to scroll through so many settings I'll never use. Instead of having a simple delayed start by 1, 2, 3,4 hours, you now have to figure out when you want the wash to be completed but you have to do the math on how long the cycle is. You can't just do a simple 1 hour delay without having to do addition of subtraction using the length of the wash cycle. What freaking genius thought that was a good idea?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have to say that i am very impressed with the many options for washing and drying my clothes now. are use half the amount of detergent and fabric softener that i was using before. my clothes are clean and fresh. i love the steam option and the wrinkle option on the dryer. both the washer and the dryer are very quiet while in use, but they definitely let you know when your cycles are done. they have a nice tone that lets you know once it’s complete. having 3 dogs, 3 kids, and a grand baby it’s important that my clothes, comforters, and rugs stay sanitized and clean. this duo gives me both. i definitely recommend to any and everyone. you will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is another great product for Samsung. It is our 7th. The machine is quiet, cleans Items thoroughly and appears to be energy and water efficient. The little song it plays is a great improvement to a loud buzzier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason why it isn’t a 3 star is because I it a month ago and had to get it replaced because the very first one was defective made a lot of noise and shook. Since its replacement it’s been super quiet, gets the job done and I love its features.
