[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed my new Samsung washing machine. I love all the smart features coming from a 8 -year-old washer. It gets my clothes as clean as ever and I think the front load works better than my old top loader. Love the fact that I could stack the washer and dryer and save a lot of space in my washroom. They look great, I like that the doors are clear so you can see inside. There are so many different programmed cycles for different types of laundry and it's just so easy to use. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry from the phone with the smart things app. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. I think it’s a great wash machine, it does its job well and I am happy with it. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So in love with my new washer and dryer sets. They look modern and stylish. Their designs go well with my minimalist style but yet contain many interesting features that make doing laundry a breeze. The instructions were easy to understand and easy to setup. I was able to pair them easily with my other Samsung items. I love that I get notifications on both my phone and tv when my laundry is done. My scrubs come out the dryer wrinkle-free, every time and ready to wear. I also love the shoe-rack in the dryer. Both washer and dryer are super quiet while running. I love the drum lights in both and the ability to see how many minutes are left before clothes are ready. I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited a couple weeks to do this review as I wanted to see just how well the washer preformed. It is amazing!!!! It looks very sleek and with the light inside it shines so beautiful. Clothes come out very clean. It is so quiet we kept checking on it for about the first week to make sure it was running. So glad we chose this over the others we looked at. The only bad thing was the so called professional delivery. Which was done by another company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 8700 Bespoke washer and dryer. They look nice and have a nice clean modern design and interface. On the installation side, the brackets securing the units to the pedestals are annoyingly difficult to install as alignment requires careful use of screws or pressure to ensure all screws are properly aligned. Everything else about the install was fairly typical with the only other annoyance is the lack of handles like my previous Samsung washer had. The washer cleans well and is fairly stable. It does shake a bit at high speed even though it’s properly leveled. Cleaning appears to be on par with past front load washers. Minor annoyance with the lack of sound volume control. However, notifications to the phone do make up for this largely. My only other complaint is that the top surface scratches extremely easily. Not a durable finish in the slightest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only on my 4th load but they seem to be clean.I'm just concerned that there's very little water in the wash cycle.I'm used to seeing my clothes soaking in water and agitating. Just getting used to this. We'll see how this continues with different wash cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek front design of the washer. No button just the one big knob. The washer is quick to wash a load of laundry. It remembers the settings from the last load when I'm ready for the next. I like that it notifies my phone when the cycle is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer and dryer. It looks classy and futuristic (and has all the tech to back it up). There are tons of pre-made washing and drying settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The machine has digital buttons that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is unlike anything I’ve used before - it is quiet, efficient and leaves my clothes dry and feeling so soft. This pair is an unbeatable find. The different settings accommodate my needs while doing laundry for my large family & the drums themselves are large and can accommodate my king size comforter with no issues at all. This product is very high quality and you will not regret getting this lovely duo!
