[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we moved into Carlisle Barracks in July, we bought other brand's washer and dryer set, but wasn't very satisfied with it; too many problems unfortunately. We returned them and bought this Bespoke Water and Dryer set, and my, I am very content. I did lots of research before I made the decision to buy this set, so I know I have chosen the right one. The washer is excellent in removing stain from the clothes and I do not hear any sound from the motor. It's smooth and very quiet. Design quality is also superb! Two thumbs up, Samsung!

Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer. I’ve had Samsung repair techs come out twice and the only thing they can recommend is to do the usual self clean tactics. We’ve tried everything and have even over done it and it still smells. I suspect it’s not draining the old water because I have to open the drain valve and empty almost 30oz of dirty smelly water before EVERY WASH in order to have the clothes not smell. I shouldn’t have to do this before every wash with any washer, especially a bespoke washer.

Bought this in January of 2024. Honestly it has done a fairly good job in cleaning clothes. Here is the problem though. About 6 months in the control board went out. Took a little over a month to get it repaired. Now its newest trick is that about a month ago it has started to sound like a jet engine when spinning. I work in loud places. Like big industrial engines loud and this thing is right up there with them. Its out of warranty now and i'm contemplating on either seeing what the cost is for repair or just letting it blow. There is no reason to have these problems in such a short period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have purchased the washer and dryer set and our family loves it. it is so easy to use my 12 year old does his own laundry! he loves the fact that he can use his smart phone to turn it on and see how much time is left. i also like the option for them to be stacked up on top of another so that you have extra space which is a plus, because who doesn’t like extra space. also i like all the features that it has, it tells you on your smart device all the machines features,cleaning maintenance. also like that it tells you how much time is left without you having to get up and go to the machine . it washes and dries extremely well has a lot of different options, more than your standard machines. i would definitely recommend this product or any samsung product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only on my 4th load but they seem to be clean.I'm just concerned that there's very little water in the wash cycle.I'm used to seeing my clothes soaking in water and agitating. Just getting used to this. We'll see how this continues with different wash cycles.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have always used a top load, but I am absolutely in love with this machine. The clothes are super clean and I love the sleek look of it. It's so easy to use the machine, I can get my kids to turn it as well, very.very user friendly.

needs service and I haven't even had this washer for more than a year. Samsung repair services is the worst. I will never purchase another samsung product ever again. The problem is that I already bought the appliances for our home and they are samsung. I hope i dont regret it even more when the other ones need service. They use to be good and decent services but I am not sure how they messed it up.

It remembers the settings from the last load when I'm ready for the next. I like that it notifies my phone when the cycle is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer 3 months ago and we love it! The intuitive dial is easy to use and provides many options for various load settings. It was easy to set up and operates quietly.
