We are having worst experience with this washer, even with HR detergent and good softener, clothes smells bad after 1-2hours of washer cycles. If we fill Softener before putting clothes in, softener will leak even before washer is started, drips on our hands while loading clothes into washer tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek brushed black finish and large capacity drum make this Samsung washer a stylish and functional addition to any laundry room. The AI Smart Dial feature takes the guesswork out of cycle selection by automatically optimizing settings based on load size and fabric type. For those in a hurry, the Super Speed Wash cycle can complete a full load in as little as 28 minutes without sacrificing cleaning performance. While efficient, some users may find the multitude of cycle options and smart features overwhelming or unnecessarily complex. Overall, this high-capacity, tech-savvy front loader from Samsung's Bespoke line delivers impressive cleaning power and modern conveniences, albeit at a premium price point.

This washer wrinkles clothes beyond belief. No matter how slow the spin. One of the cycles has not worked since install and I get an error code tell me to connect my hot/cold water hoses correctly. They are correctly connected. The dryer takes forever to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has knocked this one out of the park. I am in love my new washer and dryer. Not only they look sleek but they do an amazing job. They're quiet, efficient and very easy to use. The SpeedWash is my go to setting. Not only it saves energy but it does a great job. The dryer on the other hand is the quietest one I have ever owned. I don't even need to iron my clothes like I used to. You can keep track of your laundry thanks to the Smart things app- you can also start your wash or dry your clothes from it as well. This is an easy recommendation from me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washer and dryer set!! Great price, quick washes, quieter than my last Samsung washer and dryer. SmartThings app makes it easy to connect if your into the technology side of things. I’d recommend this set for any size family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First week in and so far I’m loving my Bespoke washer and dryer! We had front load, switched to top load and now giving the Samsung Front load a go and I’m over the moon so far! The pedestals are a back saver and help keep the clutter at bay. And the black looks so sleek! They seem super quiet and efficient! We researched a lot and watched many youtube reviews. I do believe Samsung is making a come back in the washer/dryer world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off- wow! This washer has been amazing so far. It is so aesthetically beautiful and has loads of features. The best part being it has wifi! Every time a load is done, I get notified on my phone as well as my Samsung TV (Didn’t even know that was possible!). The very best part is you can monitor usage including electric usage through the Samsung Smart Things app which is amazing as I want to control all my utilities cost and this feature is just what I needed! Overall this has been an amazing purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality, stylish looking, smart washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is unlike anything I’ve used before - it is quiet, efficient and leaves my clothes dry and feeling so soft. This pair is an unbeatable find. The different settings accommodate my needs while doing laundry for my large family & the drums themselves are large and can accommodate my king size comforter with no issues at all. This product is very high quality and you will not regret getting this lovely duo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet and sleek. So far everything is fantastic, the only issue being that the machine must be slightly larger than the one it is replacing, as it doesn't fit in the closet and allow the door to close. The plug prevents it from being pushed against the wall. A flat plug would have avoided this issue.
