[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing, it is very quiet, and the wash cycles are simple but yet has many functions available for different types of clothes. I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous washer. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer (electric) in December 2022 and have loved it ever since. It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

Leaks from soap dispenser, down the front, no info in manual about troubleshooting this issue. I have puddles in my laundry room, and the drips all originate at the soap dispenser. Samsung has made it impossible to get support online - it's all AI and robots now that put a user into endless circles of repetitive and unhelpful screens. Huge regret buying these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has one job: to clean clothes. This one does it well. Stains seem to come out more easily than with my much-admired last washer that gave up the ghost. My Samsung has a lot of complicated wash cycles and options, so it is necessary to spend some time with the instruction manual to figure out what works for you. Long may this one live!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before trying my first load i played around with the menu and decided to add this washer to my smart things app. i connected seamlessly with no issues. the menu was clear and easy to understand and provides numerous options for different materials, soil levels etc. one feature was tested right away; during my first wash the unit was so quiet i used the option to turn on the light just to make sure it was actual washing, it was! my clothes came out clean as expected and i would definitely recommend this based off its performance and the added bonus of looking stylish as well.

Wish there was a way to select extra water for any cycle, instead of trying to figure out which cycle uses more. Lastly, the POWER button is the only touch button NOT LIT. Its annoying to guess where it is, especially when dark. Wish Samsung does a software update that aloows option to automatically turns on when rotating the dial. Besides that, its truly great washer, looks beautiful , and delivery was easy and professional. Hauled away old units and the guys were friendly and careful. Opted not to stack them and was glad since it provides a LARGE space to fold and stage laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is amazing. Fill your washer with detergent and softener and this baby cleans and drys like no other. It cut my laundry time in half. The washer and dryer features have many settings from bedding to delicates to cold wash with tide pod. This machine is a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new Front Load Washer. With its beautiful silver steel look. It has so many different cycle selections to choose from Speed wash ( Which washes your clothes in half an hour) , Steam wash, Active wear, Normal wash, Heavy duty wash, Towels, and so much more. It is very spacious inside the washer and comes with interior lighting which helps you to see if you left anything behind or to see how much space you have left. It has smart dialing as well as Wi-Fi connection which allows you to control your washer from your phone. The only thing I wish that you could do from your phone that it doesn’t do is actually start your washer instead of only being able to preselect your cycle and sending the information to the washer. You can personalize your greeting screen when it turns on to say what you want it to say. It also notifies you through the app when your cycle is complete as well as plays a completion song which is really nice. I am very satisfied with this washer and I am so happy that I chose it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer - it does a tremendous job on cleaning and getting stains out. But also, tons and tons of cleaning options. And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. The bespoke look is perfect for my new house and matches my bespoke fridge as well.
