[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has a great capacity size. The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Easy to use cycle selection and interface with the app. Washes different types of clothing in a timely fashion. I am a little disappointed however when I wash heavier items like bath mats or blankets. The spin cycle too often does not work properly and I have to manually extract water from the items before it will spin correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this washer for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it. It has plenty of room for large loads, runs quietly, and does a really good job cleaning clothes. I also like being able to check the cycle and get notifications on my phone through the SmartThings app. There are a lot of different wash settings, but the controls are pretty straightforward once you use it a few times. The spin cycle does a great job getting most of the water out, which also helps reduce drying time. My only minor complaint is that some of the cycles can take longer than expected, especially when the washer adjusts the time after sensing the load. Other than that, it’s been reliable and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a top load washer person. I figured I would give the front load washer a try. I am so impressed by the capacity and how well it cleans. It is extremely quiet and can barely tell it is on. It seems to spine way faster than the top loader with less vibration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a shame, but I never really knew that my clothes weren't actually getting clean. This washing machine brought life back to clothes that I had long assumed were no good. One pair of expensive 5-11 pants that my husband owns were covered in oil and other work stains, so he only used them on shop days. One cleaning in the washing machine and these pants are ready for office days. I've had it for about a year now, and I have zero complaints. The AI features are pretty cool too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washing machine I've ever had. It's easy to use and cleans my clothes like jo other. The steam and sanitize features are a plus. I an load it up and start it from my phone so it will be done by the time I get home from work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color of this washing machine as well as the AI capabilities. after almost 2 years of use, it works with no issues. Definitely cannot go without cleaning the detergent reservoir, as it does become very dirty after constant use of automatic detergent use. I've since switched to powered detergent and feel that it works much better. I've also learned not to over fill the washing machine. the drum is large, but less is more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never experienced a better washing machine! I don't even have to put laundry detergent in it every time I wash a load! I can get my chores done quickly due to how large the capacity is! It also has many selections to choose from in terms of laundry type! It has to be the easiest to use washing machine that I've ever seen. It also cleans my garments perfectly and I don't have to double wash!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung, have all samsung products. Ordered this in blue. I love the look of it and that its stackable. We have never been able to get it level no matter what we do or where we put it so it shakes alot. The seems/cracks around the soap dispenser and the front started leaking within 6 months to a year, but my husband wouldn't get the warranty info so I got a drip tray. Maybe if it was leveled properly and didnt shake so bad it wouldn't have started leaking. I got the largest capacity available and it fits alot of laundry. It takes forever to self-clean but the cycle times themselves don't seem to bad and they get the clothes clean. I have tried to use laundry pods in the washer and they don't seem to dissolve on some of the cycles due to the settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes love this machine! I believe my clothes are lasting longer than with a traditional agitator top loader. Always clean clothes too. The washer has been great for washing so many loads this past couple years. Easy to learn and many different presets to choose from. Can also control via app over home WiFi. The self cleaning timeline is amazing too! Never have to think about it, it just starts on its own and I’ve never had issues with mold or odors.
