[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new Front Load Washer. With its beautiful silver steel look. It has so many different cycle selections to choose from Speed wash ( Which washes your clothes in half an hour) , Steam wash, Active wear, Normal wash, Heavy duty wash, Towels, and so much more. It is very spacious inside the washer and comes with interior lighting which helps you to see if you left anything behind or to see how much space you have left. It has smart dialing as well as Wi-Fi connection which allows you to control your washer from your phone. The only thing I wish that you could do from your phone that it doesn’t do is actually start your washer instead of only being able to preselect your cycle and sending the information to the washer. You can personalize your greeting screen when it turns on to say what you want it to say. It also notifies you through the app when your cycle is complete as well as plays a completion song which is really nice. I am very satisfied with this washer and I am so happy that I chose it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Much quiter than my previous 7years old washer. Much less vibration during spinning cycle. But feels like it is louder than ones they are selling in Korea which I have used same model.

Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer. I’ve had Samsung repair techs come out twice and the only thing they can recommend is to do the usual self clean tactics. We’ve tried everything and have even over done it and it still smells. I suspect it’s not draining the old water because I have to open the drain valve and empty almost 30oz of dirty smelly water before EVERY WASH in order to have the clothes not smell. I shouldn’t have to do this before every wash with any washer, especially a bespoke washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Washer for 4 or 5 mos. and so far it’s the best I’ve ever owned. I’m a tech nut and I love the WiFi and that I can control it from my easy chair in the Living room and it alerts me when the washing is done. It does a great job washing and the clothes are almost dry after it runs the spin dry cycle. It’s also a beautiful machine but it’s extremely heavy so make sure you have plenty of muscle if you’re moving it up stairs! I’m taking advantage of Samsung’s 0 interest plan and after I pay this off I’m buying the matching dryer even though there’s nothing wrong with the one I have. Anyone wants to by an 10yr old gas dryer?😂

Bought this in January of 2024. Honestly it has done a fairly good job in cleaning clothes. Here is the problem though. About 6 months in the control board went out. Took a little over a month to get it repaired. Now its newest trick is that about a month ago it has started to sound like a jet engine when spinning. I work in loud places. Like big industrial engines loud and this thing is right up there with them. Its out of warranty now and i'm contemplating on either seeing what the cost is for repair or just letting it blow. There is no reason to have these problems in such a short period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and a Samsung dryer a couple months ago. So far, it seems to be doing a good job cleaning things but have had a few different issues that have come up that haven't been issues on my previous washers. First thing is dog hair. We have 2 dogs, our stuff has a small amount of dog hair on it before it goes in the washer. When it is done, the hair collects in between the front rubber seal, where the water drains out. There is typically a pile of dog hair that I have to pull out of that area after a load is done. The other issue is when I have hoodies or other articles of clothing that have a string or long thin sleeves on a shirt, or thin long pant legs, they will wrap around everything and then all the clothes are wrapped up in a big twisted knotted up ball. It is quite difficult to remove the clothes when this happens as they are all connected and knotted together. Also, being it is a very large front load washing machine, it can be difficult to pull everything out of the very back of the machine, as it is deep and low. Other than that, I like the overall technology of the washer, and it is also able to be linked up to my Samsung phone via "smart things" device control. I have not done this yet, as I'm not sure how it would benefit me, but I plan on looking into it in the future. The washer also looks very nice, no buttons on the outside, just a dial, and the rest are digital buttons that show up when you push the digital "on" button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received our new Samsung bespoke washer and dryer(WF53BB8700ATUS ). Their simple and clean looks can be deceiving because they are packed with so many features including integrated Wi-Fi and smart things smart home compatibility. We immediately put them to the test with a full of dirty clothes and have to say they cleaned much better even using the basic setting then our older top loading washer. They’re quiet with low vibration and we’re comparing them to another set of Samsung we have from about four years ago, which are great but these take it to a new level. At first, you don’t see anything but a large dial control but as soon as it turns on the whole panel has the buttons hidden behind it the flat face and you can make any selection you can imagine. If I had one thing to change it would be the fact that I’m 6 foot two and when you’re standing close to the washer and dryer in a small room you have to bend down to see the controls, not a problem for my 5 foot tall wife however. of course I can get around all that by using the app to make my selections and then all I have to do is push the start button on the unit itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before trying my first load i played around with the menu and decided to add this washer to my smart things app. i connected seamlessly with no issues. the menu was clear and easy to understand and provides numerous options for different materials, soil levels etc. one feature was tested right away; during my first wash the unit was so quiet i used the option to turn on the light just to make sure it was actual washing, it was! my clothes came out clean as expected and i would definitely recommend this based off its performance and the added bonus of looking stylish as well.
