And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before trying my first load i played around with the menu and decided to add this washer to my smart things app. i connected seamlessly with no issues. the menu was clear and easy to understand and provides numerous options for different materials, soil levels etc. one feature was tested right away; during my first wash the unit was so quiet i used the option to turn on the light just to make sure it was actual washing, it was! my clothes came out clean as expected and i would definitely recommend this based off its performance and the added bonus of looking stylish as well.

Their designs go well with my minimalist style but yet contain many interesting features that make doing laundry a breeze. The instructions were easy to understand and easy to setup. I was able to pair them easily with my other Samsung items. I love that I get notifications on both my phone and tv when my laundry is done. My scrubs come out the dryer wrinkle-free, every time and ready to wear. I also love the shoe-rack in the dryer. Both washer and dryer are super quiet while running. I love the drum lights in both and the ability to see how many minutes are left before clothes are ready. I am very happy with my purchase.

needs service and I haven't even had this washer for more than a year. Samsung repair services is the worst. I will never purchase another samsung product ever again. The problem is that I already bought the appliances for our home and they are samsung. I hope i dont regret it even more when the other ones need service. They use to be good and decent services but I am not sure how they messed it up.

I even received a small rebate from my utility (water) provider for purchasing this model. It can be easily connected to the Wi-Fi and the "SmartThings" app makes it really convenient to monitor and set up the desired cycles. You can even monitor the energy usage from the app and turn on the "AI Energy Mode".

We returned them and bought this Bespoke Water and Dryer set, and my, I am very content. I did lots of research before I made the decision to buy this set, so I know I have chosen the right one. The washer is excellent in removing stain from the clothes and I do not hear any sound from the motor. It's smooth and very quiet. Design quality is also superb! Two thumbs up, Samsung!
