Since its replacement it’s been super quiet, gets the job done and I love its features.

Their simple and clean looks can be deceiving because they are packed with so many features including integrated Wi-Fi and smart things smart home compatibility. We immediately put them to the test with a full of dirty clothes and have to say they cleaned much better even using the basic setting then our older top loading washer. They’re quiet with low vibration and we’re comparing them to another set of Samsung we have from about four years ago, which are great but these take it to a new level. At first, you don’t see anything but a large dial control but as soon as it turns on the whole panel has the buttons hidden behind it the flat face and you can make any selection you can imagine. If I had one thing to change it would be the fact that I’m 6 foot two and when you’re standing close to the washer and dryer in a small room you have to bend down to see the controls, not a problem for my 5 foot tall wife however. of course I can get around all that by using the app to make my selections and then all I have to do is push the start button on the unit itself.

Cons: (1) Some water drips out of the door when I open the it after a wash. (2) the pre-programmed cycles do not allow for manual tuning (3) the touch controls are not back-lighted - difficult to see. (4) the touch controls are too sensitive - easily triggered by accident. (5) clothes are 'warm' after a 'cold' wash - I'll call for service when I get a chance.

Are use half the amount of detergent and fabric softener that I was using before. My clothes are clean and fresh. I love the steam option and the wrinkle option on the dryer. Both the washer and the dryer are very quiet while in use, but they definitely let you know when your cycles are done. They have a nice tone that lets you know once it’s complete. Having 3 dogs, 3 kids, and a grand baby it’s important that my clothes, comforters, and rugs stay sanitized and clean. This duo gives me both. I definitely recommend to any and everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Their designs go well with my minimalist style but yet contain many interesting features that make doing laundry a breeze. The instructions were easy to understand and easy to setup. I was able to pair them easily with my other Samsung items. I love that I get notifications on both my phone and tv when my laundry is done. My scrubs come out the dryer wrinkle-free, every time and ready to wear. I also love the shoe-rack in the dryer. Both washer and dryer are super quiet while running. I love the drum lights in both and the ability to see how many minutes are left before clothes are ready. I am very happy with my purchase.
