As ordered. Very reliable

When I filled the reservoir and put it on the coffee maker, it started leaking. The buttons also didn't work when I tried to set the clock.

Product is exactly as described. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Thoroughly enjoying this product.

Love this coffee maker, easy to use and love it especially because it keeps the coffee HOT for 2 hrs

Ordered 2 of these. BOTH arrived with water in the reservoir and on the outside of the unit.Big drops. I guess it was water?? What a nightmare. I do not recommend this machine. Weird bc they were packaged securely,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is high quality and beautiful. It's easy to use with many settings, you can set to your strength preference, timing and keep warm options, it also displays the time since brewed and has an automated shut off after two hours. You can use the included filter or purchase the cone paper filters but I was able to get regular filters to work just fine. It has a removable water tank for easy filling and easy cleaning. It brews a perfect tasting cup of coffee in no time at all and is quiet. The cord is a nice length so no worry about it being too short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature compared to other coffee makers is the removable water tank with a handle for easy removal. It makes it much easier to put it back in place, also. The settings are very easy to understand. Depending on how much water you put in the reservoir ie, full, half, three quarters, and the amount of coffee you put in the basket that`s how much coffee you'll get. You don't have to make a full pot every time. Another great feature is being able to set it for the exact time you want your first cup of coffee. It stays perfectly hot for each cup. It automatically stays hot for 2 hours but the temperature and time can be changed.

The coffee maker instructions clearly identify a filter house. I purchased the required filter house separately because they weren’t provided. Except, the filters you show also don’t seat into the coffee maker. The water can pull from any direction so it doesn’t filter anything. Poor design. The instructions are terrible and don’t showcase this error and shows the Hamilton Beach parts as being included in assembly. If I could return I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed out my old HB coffee pot that I loved, with the new Easy Measure 14 cup Coffee Maker and I have to say that I am very impressed. I used the paper cone filter for my first pot and it brewed a great, tasty cup of coffee. The temperature is very impressive and very hot! I love the longer keep warm time on this maker, up to 4 hours at a time. I really like the "time since brew" that displays on the front of the maker. That is a feature that I have never had before and I think it will come in handy as it gives you a heads up to the approximate time left on the keep warm cycle. The only thing I miss is that there is not red light on the front telling me at a glance that is on. But the "time since brew" only displays when it's on, so it is just a matter of adjusting to a new appliance. Overall, I am very happy with this coffee pot and I feel it will serve my needs for some time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I read all the directions and the setting of the clock is not written correctly. I found if I held the time button down the numbers just flew by. I used my knowledge of setting other digital clocks instead. It took me a few tries to get the coffee to taste right, but that is not unusual with a coffeemaker. The amounts on the carafe and the reservoir do not exactly correspond either so you will have to figure out which you want to go by. With a measuring cup and figuring 5oz. per cup, I found the carafe to be more accurate. The coffeemaker does have some nice features like the lighted mesh filter area for putting coffee in. However, you can use paper filters if you prefer. The LED lighting on the unit is easy to read and tells you exactly what is going on. I might prefer an actual on and off light though too. The brew strength is a nice feature, but note that it cannot be used with small amounts of coffee (1-4 cups). It has an indicator to tell you when the maker needs cleaned which should be handy. This is a coffeemaker for someone that entertains a lot or drinks a lot of coffee. The manufacturer has streamlined it, but with the reservoir and large carafe it is quite large. It would work best in a corner. The unit seems to be very sturdy and constructed well. The carafe might be too heavy for some to carry especially with a full batch of coffee in it. It makes a fine cup of hot coffee and should be a durable coffeemaker and suitable for someone that makes a lot of coffee.
