It is big and takes up a lot of counter space - but it is a 14 cup coffee maker so that’s to be expected. It is pretty light which makes moving it easy. I really like the fact that it comes with a mesh coffee filter so that I don’t have to buy any paper ones. It brews quickly and without issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature compared to other coffee makers is the removable water tank with a handle for easy removal. It makes it much easier to put it back in place, also. The settings are very easy to understand. Depending on how much water you put in the reservoir ie, full, half, three quarters, and the amount of coffee you put in the basket that`s how much coffee you'll get. You don't have to make a full pot every time. Another great feature is being able to set it for the exact time you want your first cup of coffee. It stays perfectly hot for each cup. It automatically stays hot for 2 hours but the temperature and time can be changed.

It's easy to use with many settings, you can set to your strength preference, timing and keep warm options, it also displays the time since brewed and has an automated shut off after two hours. You can use the included filter or purchase the cone paper filters but I was able to get regular filters to work just fine. It has a removable water tank for easy filling and easy cleaning. It brews a perfect tasting cup of coffee in no time at all and is quiet. The cord is a nice length so no worry about it being too short.

Easy to fill water chamber, has a keep warm mode, will automatically shut off after two hours, goes nicely with stainless steel kitchen. Makes 14 cups in about 16 minutes and it will tell you how long since you have brewed the coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm particular about my coffee. I like it to be hot, strong, and not a lot of trouble to make. This coffee maker delivers just what I need. I am able to choose the temperature and strength of the brew, add the ground beans of my preference, and minutes later am rewarded with a cup to my exact specifications. Other machines may offer more numerous or "fancier" options and features, but the Easy Measure 14C provides exactly what it says it will. When I entertained recently I chose to make a pot to suit my guests (read less hot and strong) and that worked beautifully as well. A Win-Win in my book.

We like the easy fill reservoir and the way it just snaps on the back to make your coffee. Once again, it LOOKS very nice on the counter. Glad we have it.

I use the program setting so I wake up to fresh coffee every morning which is also easy to set up. Overall it’s one of my favorite coffee makers recently because of its simplicity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I read all the directions and the setting of the clock is not written correctly. I found if I held the time button down the numbers just flew by. I used my knowledge of setting other digital clocks instead. It took me a few tries to get the coffee to taste right, but that is not unusual with a coffeemaker. The amounts on the carafe and the reservoir do not exactly correspond either so you will have to figure out which you want to go by. With a measuring cup and figuring 5oz. per cup, I found the carafe to be more accurate. The coffeemaker does have some nice features like the lighted mesh filter area for putting coffee in. However, you can use paper filters if you prefer. The LED lighting on the unit is easy to read and tells you exactly what is going on. I might prefer an actual on and off light though too. The brew strength is a nice feature, but note that it cannot be used with small amounts of coffee (1-4 cups). It has an indicator to tell you when the maker needs cleaned which should be handy. This is a coffeemaker for someone that entertains a lot or drinks a lot of coffee. The manufacturer has streamlined it, but with the reservoir and large carafe it is quite large. It would work best in a corner. The unit seems to be very sturdy and constructed well. The carafe might be too heavy for some to carry especially with a full batch of coffee in it. It makes a fine cup of hot coffee and should be a durable coffeemaker and suitable for someone that makes a lot of coffee.

I love the fact that i can make 1 cup or 14 cups and anywhere in the middle. It has a l.e.d light that shows you where the fill lines are for the coffee. The water cannister is removeable for easy cleaning and filling.. it features a reg. Bold. Or robust feature for brewing... and it keeps the coffee hot after brewing is done. Its super easy to clean. The only downside for me is the cumbersome design.. But other than that its truly a great coffee maker

I have 12-cup coffeemakers through the years and having that extra fluid ounce on special occasions and having multiple coffee-drinking guests comes handy. On a glance, it did not have innovative features or aesthetic uniqueness that is worth checking on. It is a standard programmable, drip coffeemaker from Hamilton Beach that have improved features worth considering. You may consider other Hamilton Beach Coffeemaker models if you are looking for customizable settings and brewing features. Pros: - Illuminated, easy to measure reusable cone filter is convenient and saves you money and mother earth for not needing paper filters - Refillable, removable water reservoir makes it easier for water fill-ups and no leaks occurred - Sleek design with illuminate on demand settings - Spill-free pour its nice, easy to clean glass carafe - 4-hour keep warm feature makes coffee-on-demand more convenient. Cons: - Mesh is not tight enough that coffee granules pass through during the brewing process - Level of water to brew amount is not consistent. The amount of water used seems to yield less coffee on multiple brew attempts - Touch-activated display is not sensitive enough and needs extra pressure to adjust settings. - Hot plate is somewhat too warm for my liking I have used it daily for about a month now with no issues. The coffee itself makes great tasing coffee (minus the “plastic” taste that is evident on other brand of coffeemakers). The specification and feature of this coffeemaker is accurate as advertised. It has an ideal blend and balance of beaty, form and function. That being said, if you need a reliable, stylish… and improved coffeemaker, the Hamilton Beach Easy Measure 14 Cup Coffee Maker with 70 oz. Removable Water Reservoir is highly recommended. An above average, reliable coffeemaker that is good enough for my five stars.
