mine did not come with the charcoal filter as it was suppose to

Many buttons that are hard to understand what they are used for without having to look them up in the instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Easy Measure 14 cup coffee maker is easy to use & makes 14 cups of delicious coffee for large groups or multiple cups for "coffee junkies"! It keeps you from having to keep close tabs on the coffee during parties. The only issue we found was the design requires access to the back of the machine to refill the water reservoir. The machine is so tall it would have to be pulled out from under cabinets to refill or use it on an island with access to the back. It's nice that there is a light in the filter area so you can see how much coffee you're adding (as well as a graduated scale). The permanent gold filter was defective on the first machine we received, hence the lateness of this review.

The description/photos of the product makes it seem like you’ll receive a special/club value with included charcoal filters, but I received NONE, as did others who have reviewed here. I realize too late, after this has arrived, that all of the positive reviews are from promotions… make of that what you will.

Just recieved my coffee pot, it didn't come with charcoal filters as it advertises in the description. Nothing on the box about them.

Water filters and filter frame is not included as the description and picture state. It doesn't even appear to be a part available for purchase online.

Do not buy this if you want to use the auto hold feature. I purchased this for the auto hold feature. It worked a few times but no longer works, coffee spills all over the counter if I try to pour a cup of coffee before the brew cycle is finished. I could've purchased a $20 Mr Coffee pot that does the same thing this one does.

Do not buy if you put your coffee pot under your cabinets on the counter. There is a steam vent that will ruin your cabinets.

Ordered 2 of these. BOTH arrived with water in the reservoir and on the outside of the unit.Big drops. I guess it was water?? What a nightmare. I do not recommend this machine. Weird bc they were packaged securely,

When I filled the reservoir and put it on the coffee maker, it started leaking. The buttons also didn't work when I tried to set the clock.
