[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door 30 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Family Hub™. The outside is covered in a gorgeous stainless steel design, and the inside of this refrigerator has so much room. There are three levels of shelving and three drawers. Each door hosts its own shelves as well. The center shelf of the refrigerator is adjustable. I love that the right center shelf can be pushed back to accommodate taller items such as milk gallons. I love how deep these shelves are. I can store twice as many items on these shelves than your traditional refrigerator. One of my favorite features of this refrigerator is the 4 different ice options. The outside of the refrigerator offers curved or crushed ice as well as water. While the inside of the freezer offers cubed ice cubes or ice bites that can be served from the dual ice tray with the included scoop. The freezer has two layers of drawers. The top drawer is divided into two sides and slides back to reveal the bottom two drawers. The drawers are large and very deep. I like that this refrigerator has an all-around cooling system, so no place in the refrigerator gets cooler than another. If the doors are open too long the refrigerator has a built-in alarm that will sound to alert you. Also, if the temperature inside the refrigerator gets abnormally high it will sound an alarm. My absolute favorite part of this refrigerator is the Family Hub. The Family Hub has so many different apps to choose from. I can even add my favorites. I am having so much fun learning how to use them all. My daughter loves leaving me notes and drawing pictures on the screen. I love being able to listen to music, look up my favorite recipes, make my weekly shopping list, or even ask Bixby or Alexa to find things for me on the internet. With the SmartThings App, I can control my refrigerator when I am away from home as well as view what is inside. I love this hub! This refrigerator is not only a much-needed upgrade to my kitchen decor, but it is life-changing for me.

We bought $300 worth of groceries mainly for the fridge and it still looked pretty empty! There is so much storage space on the side doors as well! You can fit a gallon of milk in the side door which is great. The freezer has plenty of space too! We definitely love the family hub! It was so simple to set up and personalize, the hardest thing is keeping the kids away from it. I love that you can control the temperature and ice from the app and actually see what’s inside the fridge from it as well! You just can’t see whats in the side doors. It makes 4 different types of ice which is a dream come true for an ice lover like myself! The alarm when the door is left open is such a life saver especially if you have children who don’t pay much attention to what they do. It sound an alarm from the fridge and it send a notification to my phone. It definitely brings my kitchen together with its high quality sleek design. It is such a statement piece when people come over!

When it was completely installed we thought it was not working but apparently this is how quiet this Samsung refrigerator really is. It has a lot of space in both the cooling section as well as in the freezing section. Including several different ice cubes, which can be turned off when you need extra space in the freezer. The Family Hub on this refrigerator is really great and a big support in our day to day activities. I also want to mention the great design of this refrigerator as it really stands out in the kitchen. When opening, the LED light is really bright and everything is easy accessible. Including the water tap and ice cube maker. Everyone in this household is really happy with this new refrigerator, including the related apps we have on our phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator was having issue with the ice maker and I was always interested by the FamilyHub series by Samsung, so I got theRF32CG5900SRAA. Let me tell you, this thing does not disappoint! The title mega does it justice because this thing holds SO MUCH! The FamilyHub has taken a bit to get used to as it functions differently than most smart displays. I immediately wanted to share my photos and see my amazing family on that huge screen. It wasn't hard but took more steps to make it happen. All doors open and close easily, cools super fast and is VERY quiet. Everything you need in a fridge and more! The LED lighting is awesome! Great visibility for the entire fridge between the bright LED lights (no more glass bulbs that could break or need replaced. There's a 2 minute timer before the fridge beeps when the doors are open. The doors auto close pretty well, but not always all the way so this feature is pretty useful. Despite being a bit difficult to setup, Smartthings is pretty cool. It allows you to control the temperatures or turn on the Power Cool mode for the fridge or freezer. The entire unit cooled VERY quickly I really do love this fridge but if I had to nitpick, here are the things I'd change or suggest: - Stainless steel shows finger prints and I've already seen a few small scratches from a magnet. Black stainless might be better or the Bespoke glass. - Photo gallery works with One Drive or you can upload up to 10 from your phone through smartthings. Other cloud services would be better/easier - screen resolution isn't up to 2023 standards. I'm tall and the colors are way off from my view. Better screen would offer better viewing angles - Doesn't come with the smartthings dongle. Not an issue for me because I already have a hub and station, but the dongle is kinda hard to find. It's not NEEDED but would be nice - I had a bit of trouble setting up Smartthings, despite being pretty familiar with it. Setup process could be easier. My vacuum popped up right away, this did not. - The Shelf options are a little bit limited BUT one of the shelves has an AWESOME easy to use sliding half shelf for random tall items.

I use Samsung SmartThings and Amazon Alexa, totally integrated into the Family Hub. My Spotify account is linked, and I can listen to my favorites while in the kitchen. It is nice to get alarms when the door is left open. My only complaint is that the inventory it gets by looking at the food is often wrong.

This things also holds a ton of stuff. I don't know the previous sqft of the old fridge but this thing blows it out of the water. No more struggling to figure out where to shift things! The smart screen and Smartthings integration is pretty cool. I'm familiar with Android phones and tablets but this is a bit different. Kind of like an android tablet lite. Lots of fun ways to share photos, control your home, watch your Ring cameras, etc etc. My only minor gripes would be that the resolution of the screen isn't great. I'm tall so when I stand in front of it the colors wash out. I wish it had full on android tablet feature and access to apps is a bit limited. All in all, I'd totally recommend this fridge.

The Smart Things app is very cool. It is nice to control everything even when you are not at home. Getting a text that the fridge door is open from the fridge and app is very useful. Of course it looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Loads of ice, and different types is great for parties. The real point of interest is the screen. First, it is just cool! I have listened to audible while cooking. Access to so many apps and even cooking hints. Love that I can get a shot of what is in the fridge with the doors closed, and on the phone. Writing notes is easy and fun! This thing is really cool! Pun intended.

Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.
