We purchased this refrigerator new in 2017 and were plagued with ice maker freezing up day 1... poor design according to the repair man they sent. So the icemaker never got used after about 6 months. Next, after about 5 years the Familiy Hub screen started showing jibberish and finally locked up and went black. Parts are expensive, finding anybody to work on it is next to impossible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!!!

The door ice/water dispenser works great and you can have more ice in the freezer, or turn that option off if you want.

Temperatures are consistent and the little things, like reminding me the door is slightly open, is very helpful. The front screen is wonderful and being put to use often. It was freezing up on a regular basis but seems like an update fixes that. Really happy stuff the outside technology and sleek look but also happy with how it functions as a refrigerator and freezer. Drawer style works for freezer, thought that was going to be an issue.

Love the it have 4 different ice settings and it pretty big with adjustable shelves. Cool really fast and it consistent, using the fridge with the smart things app is super cool and the camera feature is a plus all me to see inside the fridge when I'm not at home. Love the color and fingers print proof material.

Just got this a month ago and so far so good, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's exactly the same size as my previous fridge, but offers 3 more cu. ft. in the same space. The only thing I would change is the ability to remove the plate in the freezer that covers the ice maker, to give a little more room on the top shelf. I don't need 4 kinds of ice. :) Also really appreciate the discount Samsung gives to military & veterans, helped me save even more than shopping at a traditional store.

The inside with plenty of space for groceries and larger items and with the bottom freezer design because it keeps frequently used items at eye level. The fridge also runs very quietly, which is a nice bonus. The temperature control has been consistent, and fruits and vegetables stay fresh longer compared to my old fridge. The modern design looks really good in the kitchen as well. So far, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and picked out the right one for the family.
