I've loved having my windmill AC! It's the perfect size for my small window in my home office. I have a lot of sun in my office all day (it's on a corner) and that's awesome for lighting but leaves the space really hot for video calls. It was super easy to set up and I love being able to adjust the setting from the app on my phone. So far I love working and not sweating!!

My 6,000 BTU Windmill A/C was replaced by Windmill even though it was a couple of months out of warranty. It had an E2 error that, even though the unit blew plenty of cold air, I could only control it with the remote or Android app. Customer service was helpful in walking me through the troubleshooting process and when I was unable to clear the code, the said they would send a new unit. It arrived in a couple of days. THAT IS GOOD COMPANY SUPPORT. And while I was disappointed that the unit threw a code at all, I was thrilled at the positive company response. You won't get that with LG or GE. Nope.

I waited 3 years to get a Windmill AC! In 2020 I saw this amazing AC that would make sleeping in my bedroom in the summer month doable, this AC blew the air upwards, I was ready to buy but Windmill did not make a 10,000 BTU, I decided I was going to wait for them to make a 10,000BTU I endure my ancient AC for 3 years but it was worth the wait when my Windmill 10,000 AC was delivered on May 24 (thank you Maggie). This AC is beautiful, it comes with easy to understand directions, and all the accessories needed for installation, It also comes with a cute scissors to cut the cosmetic side panels to the correct size. I did need help to lift and place the AC in the window but the rest of the installation was a breeze, I turned my AC on and it was quiet. Thank you Windmill for making it easier for me to sleep comfortably in my bedroom this summer!

I got the 10k btu unit mainly for when the power goes out and to run off my generator, but also to assist the central ac during extra hot days or when a crowd of people are over. I love how quiet it runs putting out a nice stream of cold air. The sleak compact modern design makes a subtle presence so it's hardly noticeable. My installation couldn't be centered so I had to take that in account and couldn't use the according extensions. Installation was easy since the frame was built in; however, this does raise my concern for security. Unless one takes steps in that regard, it could easily provide a way in for break-ins or even being stolen. I had my alarm company put a sensor on it. I did wish there were a few optional security assessories offered.

The Customer service team was super helpful with a little installation issue I had. So far, I am super happy with my windmill ac. It looks amazing. One of my only suggestions would be the ability to have more than 3 fan speeds. Mostly just a couple of quieter ones. When I sleep the first level isn't so bad, but while I'm awake doing things it would be nice for it to be just a little bit quieter.

Customer service is excellent. Even though my warranty was expired, I was shipped a new air conditioner. The previous one was only used for two months, and the compressor was gone. Due to several hours of trying to troubleshoot, windmill decided to send me a new one. I appreciate that more than you know.

I've only had this product for about two weeks, but the next time I have any needs that can be met by Windmill, I will be purchasing them through Windmill exclusively. We initially had our package lost by the shipper and Windmill immediately fixed the situation free of charge - excellent customer service. On top of that, this product is my favorite air conditioner experience that I have had so far - from the opening of the package to the continued use of the AC unit, my experience with Windmill has been nothing less than an absolute pleasure.

I recently purchased the 8k A/C unit, and I am extremely satisfied with it. The setup was straightforward and hassle-free. The unit performs excellently, delivering great results. I particularly love the app, which allows me to control the A/C from my phone and computer no matter where I am. Additionally, when I had a question, I received an instant response via email with the correct information. Highly recommend!

Great unit, cools well and the design helps cool the room quicker which saves me money. I did have an issue and the company immediately reviewed and made things right for me so their ongoing service is exemplary. Best purchase ever. I highly recommend
