I am not strong. Yet I was able to single-handedly install the 10K a/c by myself within an hour. When I turned it on, there was a little bit of noise. Now that it’s been two days, it’s basically silent. Highly recommend. I also love that the air blows out on the sides and not through the face — much more comfortable this way if you place it in front of your bed or desk. Really lovely design, both aesthetically and functionally.

i bought two 8,000 BTU units for my apt (which is about 650 square feet) and they work so well! i have one in the living room and one in my bedroom, and it is MORE than enough to the point that i only run one at a time. installation was so easy. highly recommended.

This is by far the easiest window AC to install! It cools nicely and is very quiet compared to others I've had. It is a nice white noise, its there but you don't notice it. It is not obnoxious when its turns on/off. I will say it reads the temperature in the room a little off. I have it set to 66 and the room is more like 70, but works great!

The design of the WindMill air conditioner is advanced , leading to a quiet- running, highly effective system. I HATE window unit ACs. Like, with a passion, hate them. They are always dirty, dusty, smelly, loud and fall into the necessary evil category. I did not want to take a chance on this Windmill unit, but I did, begrudgingly. Well, I have been so happy to be proven wrong: this Windmill AC is WAY better than any window AC I have ever seen... I have seen many! It’s great for my office and no one can even tell it’s on during calls (& I sit right next to it). So pleased!

Just installed my 5th Windmill AC. The process is a snap and I love the wifi option too. When I experienced shipping damage from a 3rd party vendor, the customer service at Windmill was superb! A replacement AC was sent in a few days. Try Windmill and I promise you won't be disappointed!

The design is sleek and it’s much quieter than the previous unit we are replacing. The customer service really is outstanding. I had a question about the size I would need for our room. It was a Saturday so I really didn’t expect to hear back from someone but I did and it was within 45 minutes. I also had a small problem with the unit we received and it’s been handled with ease. I also love being able to use an app to control it. Everything was very easy and were very pleased with the cooling and efficiency.

As luck would have it, I received a defective AC the first time around. Product support got on it right away, with numerous communications. Today I received a full replacement (actually upgraded from 8.000 to 10,000 BTU's). It works like a charm and cools things off incredibly fast and efficiently! This is our first AC (hard to believe, as we are in our 70's and somehow got by with fans). We are total converts! Anyway, our whole experience with Windmill and the staff has been perfect. I love the super quiet AC unit. Perfect for my home office-quiet enough for me to hold Teams meetings. Had an issue with the original unit, but the customer support was amazing. Followed up quickly and after just a few questions and uploading a quick video, they replaced the original unit. So impressed with the support. And anyone that comes into my office space is amazed at how quiet the unit is. And I love how I can control everything from the app. I highly recommend the product and the company/support behind it.
