[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this bed out of necessity and did not get a chance to research it as much as I do with most major purchases. I had heard they were hot to sleep on and it took a long time to break in. I was reluctant to commit. The salesman assured us we would have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if it was for us. We have loved it since the first night. It is not hot at all to sleep on. We did not have to break it in and we love the adjustable base we added to it. My favorite part is the massage setting. Overall we are very happy with the whole system and would buy it again.

We have owned 3 TEMPUR- PEDIC mattresses, our first one purchased in 2004. It was the best mattress we ever owned. I would like to see the old ones brought back. Next one was too soft, so we bought this one. For me, it's too hard and too high. We are getting older and it's hard to get in bed with the height. We own an adjustable base, would like to see a base that allows me to control how high the bed is.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. Going to my bedroom to sleep had never been something I look forward to, and more often than not I would fall asleep on the couch instead. Since purchasing a TempurPedic, I don't dread the (now non-existent) struggle of tossing and turning to get to sleep. The quality of my sleep has improved ten-fold, and I wake up feeling well-rested and recharged. The mattress truly is a perfect embodiment of comfort and a gateway to relaxation. Worth every penny!

Love the new bed. Never found the serial number to register it. tried to get the buy 1 get 1 free--i guess that doesnt work if you cant find the serial number. I would highly recommend the bed on its own--no gimmicks. the bed and the frame are top notch. Have had for 1 week and my back already feels better. Love this bed

comfortable bed, I currently have breeze rhapsody bought it at 2012-2013 old artvan , well when I bought It I thought it was comfortable but it kinda was firm.. there policy was awful.. so now I know better just go to temperpedic store.. not the quote official dealers.. Now I can't wait for my bed to get here, I have been having shoulder pain, and the new bed will be so much better.. I recently bought sleep number bed in October, and I am returning them they will be picked up next week.. so uncomfortable.. forever now a tempurpedic girl

Just purchased our second Tempur-Pedic mattress. Yep wore out the first. This is definitely newer technology and the hybrid sleeps so much better. Offers more support for my husband who is a larger person. Thoroughly pleased with the service we have received.

I could't have chosen a better mattress. I sleep on my back, stomach, side and this particular model best accommodates these varied positions. And, the mattress is cool. I just love it. After trying for several months sleeping on different kinds of mattresses made of all organic wool (too stiff/hard and high maintenance), natural latex (too bouncy), cotton and wool (too hard), other kinds of foam (too flimsy), etc., I settled on Tempur-pedic Medium Hybrid. I've been sleeping on it for several weeks now and it is just a very comfortable substantial bed.
