[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tempur-Pedic came when I needed it most. I LOVE a firm mattress and this baby delivers!! The last few weeks I have woken with terrible kinks in my neck, hip pain and lower back pain. After sleeping on this for the first few nights I have been able to sleep through the night, and I have found that any current ailments due to my old mattress are starting to dissipate rapidly. I am so thankful for this Tempur-Pedic technology for finally getting me back to my normal self again.

We started out with the luxeadapt firm. That was too much sink for us. We were able to exchange for the proadapt firm and hardly any sink at all. I can roll in my sleep easily and it feels very comfortable in any sleep position although I prefer back or stomach. It's hard to imagine ever going back to spring mattress.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

We have had the bed for about 3 weeks. I have disk issues. If my back is bothering me at the end of the day, the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid cures it and I'm ready to go in the morning. Most comfortable nights sleep. What more could I ask for. Love everything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not possibly describe how much I like this bed - when I'm away from home I actually miss it. There is no other bed that is as comfortable as my Tempurpedic. This mattress supports my body all over and creates no painful pressure points or uncomfortable body alignments. I've always had trouble getting quality sleep, but since getting this mattress that's changed. I now find that I feel much more rested upon waking. I've had my mattress since Dec. 2018 and I can honestly say it's the best investment of my money. My mother loved it so much she bought one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a veteran with multiple disabilities. The biggest issue relate to my back. Normally, I'm a back sleeper and my old bed gave me problems over the last year. My wife suggested that we invest in other bed because she notice the lack of sleep and back problem I have been suffering over the last year. We did our research over the last couple months and came to conclusion that the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid was the bed for us. I have been resting much better and my back problem are resolving itself. I'm a big man and would recommend for the guys like me.

My husband and I went to the mattress store and spent a long time testing out each mattress. The one we chose was not Tempur-pedic. We both have physical disabilities and each night we would toss and turn. In the morning, I would wake up with shoulder, leg and hip pain. The salesman did tell us that Tempur-pedic was the best mattress for that, but we did not listen. After a month of not sleeping through an entire night, we went back to the store an exchanged the mattress for a Tempur-pedic. We finally were able to sleep comfortably and through the night and wake uo without being in pain.

Takes time to get used to...and forget putting sheets on these mattresses easily. Just maneuvering around on the bed is like wallowing in mud...very difficult. The bed is so heavy it's pretty much stationary after the helpers leave....and once you get into a spot on the be, you're there - tough to turn over if you're someone that does. Also using the frame that lifts the head and foot , if you lift the head it makes you slide down the mattress, until you're at the bottom of it. I think this will work for me, but it's taking getting used to - I came from 20 year old box springs/mattress Sealy.

This is our second experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. We purchased one in years ago and it is still in use today by another family member. We passed it along to another family member due to heat generated while sleeping. We were pleased to find that TEMPUR-PEDIC adapted to newer technology and incorporated COOL technology into the Pro Adapt mattress. The mattress is comfortable, however, it does not retain the coolness that was experienced as we tested the model in the store. We feel this could be caused by the TEMPER-PEDIC factory mattress cover we purchased and installed. Overall the mattress is good and we are happy with the performance. We believe the defining test will be during our high humidity, hot Florida summer that is fast approaching.

We've had this bed a month. When we tried it in the showroom display the "firm" mattress was very soft. The "medium" mattress was way too soft (sink to the bottom kinda soft). So we went with the firm with the idea it would relax/soften over time considering the showroom display had been there for quite a while. After taking delivery of our new split CA king bed, I found the firm was just that FIRM. Too firm for me but just right for my husband. Until this bed softens up a bit, I need to put a softer memory foam topper on it. Otherwise the quality is good and my husband likes all the bells and whistles of the base. It's perfect for him to adjust so he can be comfortable with his bad back.
