My last tempur-pedic lasted 20 years and was wonderful, but did finally get old. So, we bought this one last month and it is even better - so soft and comfy. We both slept better than ever. My husband weighs twice as much as I do, so when he rolls over, on most beds I feel it. With this one I don't. There is no slope when he is in bed either. It has support right up to the edges too. It's taller than the last one, so that took a bit of getting used to, but we have. For us, this is the very best bed possible (and we have tried many).

The adjustable base is a nice added feature and the pillows are very nice. I will be returning the mattress.

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. This is my first time owning such a firm bed, but I went with it based on my conversation with the local mattress specialist. After a one week adjustment period, my sleep quality has definitely improved from my previous mattress. The quality feels excellent, and the movement isolation is unreal; movements by another person are practically unfelt.

This mattress is WONDERFUL. The first three or four weeks it is VERY firm. Trust me, having owned two Tempurpedics, a Snuggle-Pedic, a Nectar Lush, and two off brands, there is nothing better than a FIRM Tempurpedic. When it feels too firm in the store, just know it will soften over time! (The softer ones do too - that's the problem with them!) Back pain is reduced, and both my wife and I can once again snuggle closely on our sides without sinkage! Thank you, Tempurpedic!

Don't know how they do it! When I slapped my hand on the bed, it felt close that of a "redgit board". Then, when you lay down on the mattress, it like sinking into a cloud (Just an analogy as I have never slept on a cloud - full disclosure here). The mattress simply adjusts to your entire body and gives you the most comfortable sleep ever. I guess the secret formula will never bare its sole.

I had an original firm mattress and was worried the new tempur wouldn't live up to old one. I got the firm one and it seems comparable to my original in firmness (or very very close). Thank goodness cause I love this mattress. Not used to the chill coating but put thick mattress cover to to try and prevent cool. Still some cool but I'm ok. I love my mattress.

Our 10+ year old spring mattress was leaving me achy every morning, would wake up feeling like I got punched all night. Now those aches and pains are gone, baby! Tempur pedic so supportive it just contours your body and hugs you. Now... the down side - this mattress sleeps warm, I had no idea coming from a traditional mattress. We just put new bamboo sheets on last night and they are feeling cooler. We have a few more days to decide if we want to exchange to a luxe breeze - they are expensive but we might. Probably worth it if you're a hot sleeper, I would suggest their breeze line.

Three months ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed and a very soft non-Tempur-pedic mattress (I always liked soft mattresses, and I'm a stomach sleeper). Perhaps it was the fact that I'm no longer young, perhaps the mattress in question was too soft, I don't know, what I know is that I had a terrible time sleeping in it. My back ached terribly. After 3 weeks I went back to the store to exchange it for a Tempur-pedic. After trying the medium and the firm, I decided to try the latter. It's been 2 months since I've been sleeping in it, and I can say it was one of the best choices I've made in my life. It took a couple of weeks for me to break-in the mattress, but once this beauty and I got to understand each other, our relationship has been wonderful. I haven't felt lumbar pain ever since, and the best of all is that I CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH! It's a miracle, really.
