Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice range. Smart features so I can see if the cooktop and/or oven is left on. I can send settings to the oven from an app as well. Overall I LOVE it!

New sti e but middle burner is not oval

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice stove for the price. The burners and knobs are well made. The knobs have a locking feature so they cannot be turned on accidentally. The oven door opens smoothly too. The only improvement would be that the middle burner be oval instead of round. When I use it for a griddle only the middle gets hot which is not ideal.

Great Features

Fancy is the word!

Doesn't look good for long.

I bought all my Samsung appliances in 2020 for my newly renovated Kitchen. I waited a lifetime for the large renovation and I am incredibly disappointed in the Samsung products. I noticed that most reviews are from new owners. Well I was thrilled with these appliances when they were installed. I immediately bought a precision range cover to protect the top and followed all recommended cleaning. The appliances did not hold up. The stainless steel is peeling from my microwave, fridge and range. In order to get scratch remover proves to be very expensive. My daughter owns a GE that is 2 times older and looks newer than mine. The appliances still work well but when you wait a ifetime for a Reno and the appliances look terrible after 4 years it is just not worth the cost of the items. I wish everyone else better luck.

Great features, just a couple of bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style! Most of the features work great. The start button doesn't always work on the first press. That can get annoying. The front right burner flame also doesn't seem to be even all the way around. Other than that, everything else is great!

Total waste of your money, stay away from this.

Purchased this item Dec 2024, burners all stopped working on Jan 2026, Samsung says you need to eat that cost, I honestly can't believe the manufacturer is ok, with no accountability after one year of my hard earned money. Buy if you want to waste your hard earned money money, Once again heed my warning DO NOT BUY

Do not purchase

Do not buy this. The oven does not retain heat and cooks unevenly. And absolutely don't walk away from the stovetop and it will get stuck on high and ruin your food/put your life at risk.

Do not waste your money. Heating element and switch both have went out within two years of purchase. And a joke of a warranty. Stick to phones Samsung your stoves suck!

THE WORST APPLIANCE EVER

Please don’t buy! I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any appliance, the burner stopped working after three months of use tried reaching out to customer support to see if I qualified for any type of warranty, was never able to get through to someone my issue was never resolved. I did research and replaced the part it worked for one more month, now I have the two big burners that won’t turn on at all. Completely useless appliance please don’t waste your time. Also cheap plastic broke off Im literally holding it on with tape
