The stove we always needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this gas range. I was impressed with the app and the features, and we love the sleek look. I like the know size and safety features. The grates are heavy duty with a slide safe coating. They are heavg duty but also easy to remove when cleaning. This is such a great size and great great range. I would highly recommend people to go out and purchase.

Easy to Use The controls are intuitive and user-friendly, and I haven't had any trouble figuring anything out. Bubbling glass top
Do not buy this product, less than 6 months later my glass stove top glass crystals started to bubble and slowly made chips in the glass, when I called customer service I was told it must have been something I had done with cleaning or my pots and was told sorry there is nothing we can do for you! Disgusting customer service!! You have been warned not to purchase!
Total waste of your money, stay away from this.
Purchased this item Dec 2024, burners all stopped working on Jan 2026, Samsung says you need to eat that cost, I honestly can’t believe the manufacturer is ok, with no accountability after one year of my hard earned money. Buy if you want to waste your hard earned money money, Once again heed my warning DO NOT BUY

Do not purchase
Do not buy this. The oven does not retain heat and cooks unevenly. And absolutely don’t walk away from the stovetop and it will get stuck on high and ruin your food/put your life at risk.

THE WORST APPLIANCE EVER
Please don’t buy! I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any appliance, the burner stopped working after three months of use tried reaching out to customer support to see if I qualified for any type of warranty, was never able to get through to someone my issue was never resolved. I did research and replaced the part it worked for one more month, now I have the two big burners that won’t turn on at all. Completely useless appliance please don’t waste your time. Also cheap plastic broke off Im literally holding it on with tape

Safety Hazard - Zero Stars!!!
I bought this range in December 2024. I immediately had issues regulating the heat of the burners causing burnt food and ruined cookware. This is a serious safety concern considering I have two small children. I have reached out to Samsung numerous times about the concern and they’ve sent a someone to replace the faulty regulators with more faulty regulators 5 times now. Samsung’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating throughout the process as each of the visits required multiple phone calls, and request for managers that did not call back. Samsung has not taken this issue seriously, which is deeply concerning given the safety issues with the regulators. More concerning, is the fact that in each of the five visits with the technical support, there is no temperature gun used in the diagnosis of the issue. The inspection is completely visual and no temperatures or extended testing is performed. Not only is Samsung not standing by their product, but Lowe’s has also not shown any support in this process. I absolutely do not recommend this product nor would I suggest purchasing any Samsung ranges that contain the same regulators as this model. In conversation with the technical support reps , it sounds like the regulators in this model range are present in all the Samsung ranges. The level of support from Samsung has removed all confidence that I once had in this brand.
